Since December, 2025, we ( mostly being my wife) has tried to get this property manager to assist us in getting repairs done to the townhome unit we own, and they are PAID TO MANAGE.
As of February 6, 2026, their LACK OF SERVICE to do so, with a surprising amount of excuses.
As a last resort, we have had to withhold our property management fee payment, until they do what they have been contracted to do.
The property manager, for this company, offers nothing but excuses, and a severe lack of what it means to supply a service.
By the way the property in question is 1292 SHERWOOD MILLS BLVD., MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO.
This company does not even have their own listing the phone book, it is under CRAIGLEITH SHORES.
It is gotten so bad with this property manager, that we have considered getting a real estate lawyer to assist us in dealing withis company, and their LACK OF SERVICE.
