I love this location. Best pizza!!! I order from here all the time.

I called them during their schedules hours of operation twice to order a pizza for pickup and they didn't pickup the phone. I almost drove down there to have them make one but I figured if staff is too lazy so why would I bother.

The cheesey bread is the best tasting in all of town. Medium 1 topping, Large 2 topping, Large specialty, and Medium 1 topping + Cheesey bread specialties running all day.

Have ordered twice from this Marcos...both times the pizza looked like it had been thrown in the box, and it was not tasty. It was not nearly the quality I had been accustomed to from the Perrysburg OH Marcos...I ordered from Perrysburg for years, both from work and home...always delicious and nicely prepared. I will not use this Marcos again nor recommend it to anyone.

Can't recall this store ever getting my order wrong, and the staff are cool.

I order from this location on a regular. My food is always prepared with extra love. It's cheesy and taste exactly how I request. The crew will even call to make sure that the order is correct if it looks different then a normal order. The delivery crew is nice and interactive communicating with respect. I love pizza and appreciate this location.

Order wasn't right, what do you know? 2018 and pizzeria's still cant get the toppings right. Well they replaced it at no charge but it took another hour to deliver. When I called and spoke with John her said they messed it up a second time. He wasn't even empathetic about it. Should've went to Pizza Cat

Worst customer service ever, never using them again!!

Ordered From Marco's on Monday and it was horrible. I threw it out it made me so sick. First time for everything. So I call Marcos corperate to complain the first chance I get today. I spoke with a guy named Jock. He told me I was to late, they would do nothing and that I should have called sooner. I have been ordering Marco's for 20+ years and now it is over. Its not that I don't understand, but I would think that 20+ yrs of ordering would constitute a remake at very least. Way to go Corperate dummies, your mouth just let down your pocket.

The worse pizza I ever had! I don't know about other locations! I even called them and told that the pizza was bad! Get a pizza from 7 eleven gas station but not here! Repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! wasted my time and money!

This place never brought my food and was a waste of time

Good service and delicious pizza. The price is a little high but as the old saying goes " You get what you pay for" hot and ready pizza's aren't my choices anymore. I like to enjoy what I eat. Also ask to have a young lady named Sara make your pizza, she's been making pizza for quite some time and is somewhat of a perfectionist at it.

I personally think that there pizza is Delicious and that's you should just drop by to give it a try.

The manager was rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me. I will never order from this Marcos again.

I used to order from this location all the time, but they have become really stingy with the toppings and really slow with service.

Wow! I could not believe my eyes. I went in there to buy pizza and I witnessed a man taking the cash and putting it in my till with his unwashed hands he then went to the pizza oven and took pizza and was handling food with the same hands that were not washed. This would be a great place to go if you want to get COVID-19. I think it s time that we take things much more seriously before the entire country dies from it

I have been coming here for a while with no problem very friendly staff and good quality food. But now for my second visit in a few months I had to deal with this very rude person who calls herself the manager. I no longer want visit this location.

I order from here probably 3 times a month. I always have a good experience and the pizza is delicious ESPECIALLY with the Roma seasoning, garlic butter and Parmesan crust toppers. And my food is always hot. I m a fan!

First off marcos pizza is the greatest pizza place in toledo hands down just accept it. I dont know how they are 3.2 stars as of writing this. But find better then talk to me. They taste great but there really greesy witch i love so deel with it.

The quality of the food has decreased dramatically in the past year or so.

I called to place an order and asked did they have any specials. The girl who was on the other end of the phone replied we have the same specials everyday my reply was ok can you list them please ....I thought that her reply was very rude. A costumer was inquiring about specials you guys have, and that s the reply I get. It made me change my mind about ordering. I won t order from this location again!

Pick up order. Walked in and the cook was sprinkling my crust toppers on my pizza. I could not wait to get home, I ate two slices. It was soooo good, hot and fresh!

Marco's pizza advertises a large specialty or 5 toppings for $13.99. They charged me $15.49. They got mad when I wouldn't pay that. They said rules are rules? They said that it has to be 5 different toppings. False Advertising!! Last time I am even ordering them out of convenience. I am not paying an extra $1.50 because your employees cant read. Tired of getting attitude and an up charge! Must be that white privilege I keep hearing about... PS. The advertisement I have doesn't expire until 3/31.

Used to spend so much money here it was embarrassing. Then we moved out of Toledo and away from this area. Thank goodness for that!!!!

I love Marco's cheesy bread and have been ordering it for years, this particular location has the rudest employees. In fact they are so rude, and short that you lose your appetite. A few times, I ignored it. It's a bad customer service attitude, and I suggest someone from mgmt calls and checks this place out.
