WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Purchased a $25K Marco Slit Lamp and iON anterior camera system in May 2019. Immediately reported diplopia issues with the images through the oculars. Now 19 months & 30+ phone calls later (Feb 2021) no resolution to the problem, nor a desire to do so. Marco was the equipment of choice for our expanded office, am now having second thoughts. Expensive lesson learned.
