Thank you for an extraordinary job! The auto refractor at the Costco east inexplicably stopped working yesterday. A call to Marco put us in touch with a quick and highly efficient staff. Johnny, the technician, was in our office with the necessary parts and within the hour, our operation was up and running. A couple of patients had to reschedule, but the overall flow of productivity left us speechless...... Thank you again for superlative service!!
