Our marble powder room floor (4 ft x 5 ft) was accidently ruined after it was mopped with a water and vinegar solution. Splatter from the mop left marks on all the high gloss tiles. I cold called Marble Maestro and spoke with Antonio and he was great. Antonio suggested a way I could fix the problem myself - rather than trying to bring back the shine, I should "create" a honed look. It was brilliant, easy and the results were terrific. Antonio didn't need to tell me about this option and could have earned a nice fee in restoring the floor's shine. However, he gave me, a complete stranger, detailed instructions of what to do and even asked for progress photos to ensure I was on the right track. It is rare to meet people like Antonio and am very grateful that I did. I would highly recommend him for any marble issues you might have.

Poor final results. Attempted to resolve the issue with Marble Maestro, however they were not interested in addressing their deficiencies.

Excellent results related to all aspects of my front marble veranda and entrance foyer. The staff, especially Mr. Dimitri, were very attentive to my objective of having a superior cleaning process and final polishing. Even more importantly, the company was very punctual in planning and executing the consecutive three day work schedule. Highly recommended to other potential customers!
