We went along today to buy 2 staffs. the shop staff were very helpful and prices are good. Will definitely visit again,

Disappointed with the service overall. Was looking to set up an account with them to supply my club with kit, equipment etc, however on initial contact they did seem to take my business seriously at all.

I then went to order a set of uniforms to see if they would be suitable for my club, I had to return one as it was the wrong size, which was disputed when I talked to them on the phone about it. I had to pay for postage even though it says in their returns policy that they will pay for returns if there is a fault with the item. A replacement was sent however very quickly which was the correct size and fit perfectly

I then ordered two sets of shorts again hoping to use them as part of our club uniforms, but the items sent out did not match the images advertised. When I queried this with them, the lady I talked to was extremely patronizing, as if to say that I should expect and accept anything that was given to me. I will be returning the shorts, hopefully I will receive a full refund and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing as on first site their inventory matched what I had been looking for for a while. I was hoping to build a strong relationship with MAR International, however their customer service is well below what I hoped for. Will be taking my business elsewhere, where it is respected.

For all you martial arts equipment needs. These guy have a massive range of equipment for most combat sports. Well impressed with the quality. They cover all ages sizes in the clothes from young children to grown men/women. Staff are friendly and will help advise you as to what you need. They have a massive warehouse and I've never been there and not found what I as looking for

Not so happy with the customer service. I ordered a pair of shorts from them. They had apparently run out of the style I had asked for. They did try to ring me twice in one day but unfortunately I was too busy to answer as I was working from 7.45AM 18.30PM with a working lunch. When I phoned the next day, first at 9AM (no answer) then at 10.00AM a lady said she had cancelled my order because I had not phoned them back the previous day. I missed her name. I did not have a good experience on the phone and if the company had allowed me (though I am not sure a company should have to allow a customer time) me some time to call them back I would have been a lot happier.

I like the Mar International training equipment because it's all fit for purpose.

Caution: Still awaiting a refund for a returned item from 2 months ago despite their on-line returns policy. I have chased up on numerous occasions to be told that refund is with accounts department and will be paid within 4 days, still not paid as yet.

This is a really good quality belt with a good width and thickness. The embroidered lettering is excellent. I will always buy future belts from this supplier.

Very helpful when I wasn't fully sure of what exactly I went in buy. Talked me through some options.

Went in to get shin guards from here, incredibly helpful staff, and knowledgeable about MMA and what I needed. High quality equipment, loving the shin guards, would recommend to anyone looking for goood MMA gear. Will definitely be going back for any MMA stuff I will need in the future.

Great products and when we had a problem with one of the fittings the customer service was excellent. We received a replacement part by return post and also they went and bought us replacement screws that we has lost and sent those as well. No complaints

Absolutely delighted with the customer service at M.A.R International. Drove past this shop many times after work and always wanted to go in to make a purchase. Thanks to click and collect and the brilliant customer service over the phone I was finally able to purchase enough stock for my personal gym to stay active over the lockdown. The quality of the heavy bag is really good unlike what you would get at Argos, sports direct or any other retailer. I would be returning for more gear in future and recommending to my friends. Thanks for throwing in the posters etc.

Still awaiting a refund after 3 months. As others have mentioned, this is apparently being dealt with by the "accounts department" who are supposedly processing the refund. Avoid if you don't want to lose money

Been in there today to kit my son out, young lad behind the counter was very helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Would never go anywhere else for training equipment again 5 star all the way

I am still waiting on a refund after I sent a suit back that I ordered that was too big. That's coming on 9 weeks.
