I LOVE this studio and every instructor there. I am a regular at the 6am on Tuesday and Thursdays and it helps set my tone for the entire day, and the dock-side yoga is AMAZING. Also, I have discovered aerial yoga through this studio and it is so much fun and such a good way to decompress my spine after a stressful week. How can you not have fun, hanging upside down like a little kid?!

I was interested in signing up for a class here, but after reading their staggeringly unprofessional response to the previous review I decided to steer clear. Good grief.
I have been a member of this studio for the past three years. I can't say enough good things about the place. My practice has improved 100% due to the time and effort the teachers take in making sure that my form is correct. The place is very welcoming and I always leave feeling happy that I came.
Mantra Yoga and Aerial Arts is the most welcoming yoga studio I've ever experienced! The owner is fantastic and makes everyone feel safe and at home. This studio is a hidden gem with great class offerings for beginners and advanced yogis!
Got a groupon for a month and immediately signed up for six months when it ended. Love the classes and the instructors. They are all devoted and this is a true yoga studio. Come here if you want to learn yoga the right way. You will be hooked!
I was very unhappy with the service I received at this yoga studio. I arrived at the studio for an aerial yoga class, and was promptly greeted with a large hub of children and their mothers waiting in the foyer. While the instructor went to set up the room, I was informed that I "signed up for the wrong thing". I was shown a record of the class I signed up for. It was the right class. Once I had told them that, one of the mothers informed me that I could not, infect, join the class because it was a "private event". This so called "private event" was an 8 week long class. I was then hastily informed by the staff that it was "their problem" and "they would take care of it". On their website, however, it said that this was to be a public class, and that anyone could join. In the end, I was shown the door and asked to leave because I was not in the class. Terrible service, I will not be coming back any time soon..
The moment you enter the Mantra studio you start to realize it's more than just a yoga studio. It's more a place of acceptance, love and community, this along with the caring and knowledgeable instructors make it so easy to put aside any fears you may have had. This is truly a place for all people.
Love this place!! The 6 am class is like a small family - we know when someone is on vacation or out sick and often dedicate the class to them. Linda is very encouraging to all. Carla's Sat am class on the dock is like a mini vacation.
