SMALL BUISNESSES STAY AWAY!!! As a small family owned Plumbing Company it is very important that we stay present and consistent on the web. We needed all the profesional help we ould use and that is why we ventured out to use manta. Today after several. months I had to cancel due to the por mangement, inconsistent info, failure to solve my problem, duplicate listings, instructying me do the job I was paying them for, and for being unacountable.
One of there alleged supervisors named "Nick". I told them about a problem and insted of looking for solutions they kept blamming google for the error. They kept instructing me to do the same process over and over again (defenition of inasity). I spoke to google and google refered me to them in multple occasions. I knew it was manta after taking a few steps, that proved to me it was mantas error. After one week of trying to resolve this and doing the same process over and over again he (nick)decided to intoduce me to another step. You would imagine how frutrated I was of hearing that, I told him (rudly) Why on earth would you hold another step from me? Especailly after repeating the same step over and over again with screen shots to show the actions. I asked for a supervisor and he explaimed in multple ocations that he was. I find it odd that manta had me do over and over and over again a process I was paying them to do. Sync listings and info accoss multple platmfors, last week I had to allert them of multple duplicats with the wrong info. They denied my refund. I do not recomend these jerks.

Called in to handle some issues I was having with their service... they took care of us without hesitation.

Very grateful with the company Bkny Roofing, it was great! My sister July recommended them to me, I could see that they did it at home. That's why I hired them to paint my kitchen in Brooklyn and it was beautiful.

I am completely satisfied with Savannah's help. In 30 minutes she has taught me more than my Grandkids ever did. I look forward to our next visit.

They call u take ur credit card information for one time charge they promise you not membership!
Then they charge u monthly...they dont refund ur money .dont trust those people at all!!!!looks like they know how to steal ur money.

I noticed a client's Manta online listing was outdated so I submitted an updated address. They wanted me to call and verify so I did. TSR wanted me to pay $29.00. I said I didn't want to pay to change an address so they were very nasty and hung up on me. Got an email saying the listing with the new address was verified. But I gotta tell ya - my experience with Manta is they are naaaasty. Casey Bennett was the TSR.

I signed up last year (2019) for their service and paid the annual fee, the following year they automatically withdrew money from my bank account without any notice, I called them to cancel and they told me it would take a few days to receive my funds back, waited 7 days and called them again, person told me he would get back to me, did not hear from this person, I called again and 3rd person said they do not refund money, and my account is showing inactive. Fraudulent company!

As of July 14th, Manta refunded my money, thank you for responding to my request.

Johnson's Home Repairs is a RIP OFF. Warning: Do not do business with them!!! Always wanting more money before completing a job.

My RV was towed in due to suspected leaking radiator. It was expected that the radiator would have to be replaced, but they only had to install a surge tank and add a plug. What could have been a very large job turned out to be very minor. I highly appreciate the honesty and attention to detail of this firm.

They have an aggressive driver. I had three little children in my car, and the driver almost runs into us. Definitely will not use their services after all.

Emily works very hard and is always on top of things for the customer. She deserves recognition for being so great! We would give her 10 stars if that was available.

Nasty Nasty Nasty man down in Key West who works at "Safe Harbour Deisel and Marine AC/Refridgeration." My family and I just happened to walk by and his comments were EXTREMELY rude and needs to realize people come here and essentially PAY for your living. Without the "tourists" you wouldn't have a job!! I happen to be in the boating/tourism industry in the St. Pete/ Tampa area and I will be sure to tell everyone I know in the marine industry to STAY AWAY from this business. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have unsubscribed from their emails half a dozen times, I still receive their emails.

Dimarco LLC, The worst experience with Gabriel Herrera the alleged electrician. A very dishonest -unprofessional service. A lot talks, lies that deceive you wrap you in seconds. Be careful with children, women because the subject will grope them and you won't even notice it. God, the bible gifts make you believe is a good person. At the end of the day, just take advantage of the access you give to your house, rip you off and never fix anything.

THIS OYO hotel in Deridder louisiana is horrible DO NOT VISIT!!! The pictures online and on booking.com are misleading. There iDO NOT VISITs no pool as shown on the booking.com site. That's misleading. When i arrived around 10:pm at night the man that checked me in was drunk...very nice man but still so drunk he could barely do his job. While he was checking me in a man came up to the outside window as i was inside. When i finished checking in i wasn't in my room minutes when that man knocked on my door wanting to discuss the man who was drunk. There was no additional lock that latches over the the door for additional security. It looked like someone had kicked it in. I had to put a chair up to the door. I inspected the room for bed bugs... there were finger prints all over which indicated they had not wiped the place down nor had they dusted or swept the floor. I had driven 12 hours and i was exhausted. I went to bed and as i was leaving out for the day I noticed cob webs in corners of the room of which i sprayed with bug spray that i carry to hotels. I also noticed the sink and tub were not clean. I couldn't believe there was a lone toilet one door over from me sitting outside in the open. Total biohazard issue. That evening when i was ready for bed i was attacked by these gigantic roaches that i had to spray and spray they refused to die. Dead bugs...i checked out that Saturday morning and gave a young lady named Seslie a list of issues. She wrote them on the back of my checkout sheet. I called booking.com and complained i wanted my money back for having to stay in this place. They said they're not responsible even though that's where i booked it. They contacted the hotel and the hotel had the nerve to say i didn't complain. What's the purpose of surveillance if you don't use it to prove things. It's useless. Oh and Sunday morning at 8am they had lawn care people out disturbing the peace... that's crazy at that hour. The only positive was the cool air and soft bed. If you don't mind roaches, dead bugs, and over all dirt then stay. Oh and when they came to the rooms to clean at checkouts they had no mops or brooms...that explains the footprints everywhere...they really should take more pride in their properties...again NO POOL... and finally the towels felt like sandpaper... JUST A MESS!

*and after i posted this review i checked the site and took down the pic of the pool. That is deceptive business practices and i plan to go on every site ie Yelp, Manta etc and give reviews of this place. Their employee Sisley Buxton also has given them 2 stars twice...conflict of interest and a lie...this company is horrible!!!

Manta has been a fantastic way for people to find me online and has really proven to be a way for me to grow my social presence. I probably get 4-5 Foursquare requests a day, not to mention a huge influx of Google+, Twitter and Facebook followers.

It takes some getting use to but is well worth the effort.

We had this company install our new laminate wood flooring and was so impressed with how knowledgeable and quickly they worked! The finished work looks beautiful and I was so impressed with the integrity and professionalism that John presented to us!

This company is unethical. they list your company's information on their site with one caveat. Manta changes the phone # and poach your clients and prospective customers. Your clients think they are calling you direct but they are really calling manta's sales team who then refers your customer to the highest bidder what a joke!

Manta takes companies info from other online business listings. in my case they have my company listed multiple times. on one of them the phone number is correct. on the others it is not. when you call the numbers Manta lists it says thanks for calling mr. plumbing. press 1 for mr plumbing. press 2 if you need a plumber.

do i have to say anything else to be clear?
THEY ARE STEALING COMPANIES CUSTOMERS AND SELLING THEM TO THEIR COMPETITORS..

EXAMPLE 2. welcome to "garbled" dentist. press 1 for ?. press 2 if you need a dentist(one of Manta's advertising Dentists)
why you ask? i guess manta is a self proclaimed expert on on all things plumbing and dentistry issues.

Their response is a flat out lie. you guys don't learn. change your ways and adhere to a code of ethics and you won't have these problems. stop putting your foot in mouth.

You host 24/7 pool who provide the worst pool and customer service ever and you have a bunch of positive reviews for them but if you look at legitimate reviews they are nearly all negative.

Manta and our personal marketing assistant Jonathan does a great job for our company, which is paying off with substantial increases in inquiries for our services. We are very pleased!

fast, reliable service at a competitive price, 5 star rating isn't high enough for Clydesdale construction, you want a job done right call them and a a affordable price, can't beat that

I was very sketchy in regards to signing up with Manta. Never heard of them until my web designer for my business suggested them. Valeria was very informative and helpful the entire way when creating my profile page for my business. I will most definitely refer them to other business owners.

Manta is my favorite online marketing service for small business. They provides comprehensive proliferation services with easy navigation and an attractive layout. Their customer service is exactly how I like mine served. Eva (my liason) strikes the perfect balance of being available, helpful, & informative. Her advice is administered with a light touch and when I don't follow it she lets it go. There's never been calling several times per week to sell an upgrade. It's almost as if they believe I am free to cherry pick the industry trends I'd like to follow...... Yay Manta!!!

No phone number for Manta. It is a hidden company. They don't want to speak to the public about problems with their listings. They are hiding. But they might answer an email in two or three days.

Eva has been very patient & helpful in showing me how to have a better online social media presence for my business. I like the fact that she checks in on a regular bases -even if I don't get to the recommendations to do them for 6 or more months!

David Paternostro is a bully. He recently has been bullying two homeless women. I know both of the women through my ministry. He scares them. He says he's a retired LA firefighter employee, that he has resources in the Burbank police station, resources in the LAPD, and resources in parking enforcement; and that he'll use those resources to get the women (or anyone) to move. I used to think that the fire department employees were the good guys. He is rude, doesn't have any regards for anyone other than himself. I asked a homeless man a few days ago, if he would moving... I put up some cones to reserve some space so I could get my RV out of the space. David ran over my cones. Destroying two of the cones. He doesn't care. Must feel a like a big man, bullying two women.

This Company I do not consider an honorable one. Upon service there was damage to the water outlet on the side of my home and as a result the chemical that was being use killed and damaged more than half of my custom shrubbery. I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner to resolve the situation and have yet to receive a return call. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be sharing this experience with everyone.

Horrible service and very unprofessional and rude people. They park disruptively in the neighborhood and zero care for our community with the mess they make after there services. I even called the number on there website and the owners son picked up the line to give me the correct number. I made a police report because the workers were blocking my driveway and when I asked if they could move up so I could get in to the drive way the response was I don't own the street and we're working. I asked if they could please just let me park and they could continue they walked away with no response. Mind you they park almost a whole block away from the house they were working on. Why not just park in front or on the side of that street or Block their customer driveway since there working for them. Very disappointing.

I was contacted by my credit union of the suspicious charge against my account.

I have not had any contact with this company except for a basic and free business listing via their web site. I did NOT enter a credit card for a FREE offering and I never would have agreed to any purchase. It was never authorized.

I will be writing to the Attorneys General of Florida (my residence + business), Ohio and California.

Be careful with this group.

New West Properties Las Vegas has been managing my property for over 5 years. They find long term tenants who care and are respectful of the property. If something goes wrong, they are there to fix it quickly. They let me know when anything needs attention. They give me the option of taking care of the repairs or they will do it. The monthly funds always arrive on the scheduled day. They are a good team. I highly recommend New West Properties Las Vegas.

I love my calls with Zane. He is prepared each time...I can tell because he is so efficient and although our time is brief, I get the informational nugget that I need to move my business forward. He doesn't overload my brain with too much marketing information. I can tell that his engagement is really scaffolded. This is time and money well spent. I'm very happy with the service. Love it!

I had brought my son over to the outpost barber shop in cohoes to get a hair cut and as my son went to sit in the chair he had almost sat on a needle. I wouldn't recommend this place to any parent and there child. I rate his business a 0 but had to put 1 star so I could put this review up. Also they don't return calls and they have to much foul langue going on inside the shop.

I have read "their" info about 100 or more companies that I know PERSONALLY....That is TOTALLY WRONG!!!!!
MANTA is is a private company selling their services.
Do NOT believe the "facts" THEY host on their site.
Check the BBB or others!!!!!!
They describe businesses' information without getting ANY Actual facts of each and every business beforehand.
NONE of their facts about ANY business, as THEY Host, is accurate.
MANTA should be Sued for ............
"ACTING" like an LEGAL/LICENSED Entity describing companies and INACCURATELY Publishing WRONG facts about ALL companies & Corporations they list.

I REALLY liked my account rep. She was very knowledgeable and even told me about a problem with my account which I had no idea existed.
