Great customer service which as you know is rare these days.

Great products and made in the USA. The quality and engineering is second to none. I have a Quantum Power flush in the main bath and a Denali in the half bath. Will never buy anything but Mansfield toilets.

Their technical support was very responsive and helpful. Doug called me in response to my email and immediately sent me a part that I needed. Great Service!

Tried to call the company but calls ask for pin # that I don't have. Looking for a tank lid for one of their toilets.
