Again I visited manora and same as always there is sale on so many items and best part sale on toys for kids I buy lots of toys from kids area so plz go and enjoy

Too few cash registers and barely room for the Wartr queue. z.T. long waiting times.

Good shop, well arranged, the staff is friendly. The restaurant at the top is of good quality, can be just a little small at certain times because there are many people.

We often eat here while shopping. The food is good.

Ok. But why is the restroom so messy? Forget about the cotton towels in other Manor restrooms...

Good restaurant. Very much at 13:00 and a bit loud. Chicken meat cartilaginous and greasy, not tasty.

MANOR has a fantastic delivery service it s quick and not one of the fine glassware water glasses were broken despite being tossed about after delivering. I es shocked to find them all in one piece and so carefully packaged.

They have a small Sephora here and carry REN Skincare. No need to go to Jelmoli Zurich. The household section is not bad and I buy my natural cleaning products here.

Super department store in the old town. I bought a hat there. The staff is friendly.

The shopping center stops. Every year we go shopping there. I recommend.

Slim department store, has everything including restaurant and public toilet

Large selection of fine dishes. Always a fresh selection of salads, juices and desserts, cakes, etc. Friendly staff, very attentive but discreet.

Big Bazar of Lucerne. You name the thing, you will get it here. Fair priced multibrand store

The breakfast is really recommendable. Above all, it is very reasonably priced and still has a nice selection. It does not look as nice as it is advertised.

Good selection for breakfast. Everything we had was delicious. The location was clean. There is the possibility to reach the restaurant by elevator or escalator.

Unclear labeling on which floor which article is located.

It has to cope with a city-centre location. It is never as good as EmmenCenter. But, they do it well.
Sadly, always full of tourists.

We popped up to the top floor restaurant. Everything looked and smelled delicious.

Large department store, many items. Inexpensive restaurant.
Among other things, we bought a foam water cannon "Mini Eliminator" from Happy People. Unfortunately this is not tight. It draws air when filling up. Therefore 2 star deduction for the quality of the products.
Unfortunately, complaints or exchanges in the shop make no sense to us, as we only had a short stay in Lucerne.
