Manning Wellness Review

Dr. Manning and his staff are the greatest!!! They get to know their patients on a personal level. Dr. Manning's bedside manner is wonderful. He makes the environment comfortable and always takes the time to go over how I'm feeling. The staff is cheery and upbeat. I feel like family when I'm there.

Full disclosure: I work here (acupuncturist). I m glad I do, because getting adjusted as necessary is a great perk! After the last round of pops and cracks, I said, I m not going to go home and do this. (mimed hunching over in the internet-browsing position) Dr. Manning just grinned and said, Yeah, you are. Manning Wellness is a place where you can expect good treatment, good humor, and lack of judgment!

I highly recommend Laura Yoo for accupuncture and cupping. She is very skilled and makes my aches and pains feel so much better. Very peaceful setting in the middle of DT Dallas. Also has very accommodating hours.

Dr. Manning is a great chiropractor, the first time I came to the office it was without an appointment, but it was an emergency for me. I have had neck issues for years. Every year I would get a crook in my neck, but this time I accidentally through it out while stretching. I was in soo much pain and I'm sure it was because it happened in the same area as the crooks I usually get. The office made sure I was ok and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. The lovely Taylor tended to relaxing my muscles by using electro pads and a huge warm pad on my neck and back. Afterwards, Dr. Manning started working his magic! After a couple of visits, I injured my ankle after running and landing on it wrong and he realigned it for me at no extra charge. My neck progressively became better and even when I do not need to, I still go to him every so often, for preventative alignment measures. He really does care about his patients overall health as I am now considering acupuncture therapy for other issues. His staff are very relateable and are the sweetest people. They make sure I am comfortable when I am there. They are also very flexible when scheduling as my schedule tend to be unreliable a lot of the times. Also I like the location as I take the trolley to his office and Amazing Jakes is downstairs. This is great for my husband and I to have a little date after 45 mins of pampering :). Sorry for being long winded as they deserve it!

Dr. Manning is fabulous. He had helped my headaches, low back issues. I always feel great after a good adjustment.

Really not impressed. New to the area, I had to call them several times as the receptionist could not answer simple questions and nobody ever called me back. Once I made the appointment and got to the office, the receptionist, again, just not very friendly. While I did not have an appointment with Dr. Manning, he said hello and was very friendly.

I sat down with Dr. Yoo for cupping and acupuncture. I spent several minutes explaining what was going on. She nodded a lot, took notes, and offered no opinion. OK, so let's just get to the cupping and acupuncture I guess. It was OK. Her cupping method is not what I was used to. She seemed to pinpoint certain areas of my back, but started to use the cups as a massage mechanism (if I wanted a massage, I would have asked for a massage). The acupuncture was just ok as well. I don't feel as if she really honed in on anything.

End of session, she asked no questions, didn't ask if I felt better, and offered no advice or recommendations. The receptionist never looked up when I left as well.

All in all, just an odd experience, no interest in what was ailing me, and lacking personality (except for Dr. Manning when I walked in). It's unfortunate that there aren't any more acupuncturists downtown Dallas. Off to the burbs I go :(

The Best of the Best!! I could hardly walk but I m up and going now!! Super friendly staff and always easy to get an emergency appointment! I highly recommend these guys!!

Dr. Manning is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He is great at relating to patients- he told me exactly what to expect and was transparent about treatment outcomes. He is thorough and always takes the time to evaluate me fully. He is a fantastic doctor and I always feel very well cared for when I visit. 10/10!!!!

The first time I went to Manning Wellness Clinic, I felt like I knew Dr. Manning forever. He has such a calming demeanor, and you never feel rushed or like your just a number. I have been to other clinics where you are rushed in and out, and I have never felt like that once here. The whole staff is great! I even had acupuncture to help with migraines while I was pregnant, and I will continue to go to Manning Wellness Clinic for years to come!

Dr Manning worked miracles to get me back in shape after I had a back injury 2 weeks before I was supposed to compete in an Ironman triathlon. I wasn't sure if I could even make it to the start line, much less finish the 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26.2 mile marathon! Thank you Dr. Manning for returning me to form in such a short time!

Dr. Manning is the best chiropractor I've ever visited. He is very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner of any healthcare professional I have ever seen. He was able to help me with my hip and knee pain and I highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a chiropractor. His staff is just as friendly, too.

Dr. Manning is the best chiropractor! I have been battling chronic back spasms and pain for the last 3 years. A few days ago I injured my back to a point where I had severe pain and could not stand up straight. I went in as an emergency and just after one treatment, I immediately noticed a big difference. By the end of the day, after my body adjusted to his treatment, I was able to stand up straight again and the pain went away. He is very knowledgeable and truly a miracle worker!

Very happy i was referred to him. Nice clean location. Great personal service and treatment. A great change to be treated like a person and feel better.

I have been coming to see Dr Manning for several years now. The work I did would cause me to bring him a different challenge time after time. He has always taken the time needed to diagnose and treat every symptom I spoke of and he discovered. Thorough , skilled, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring all describe Dr Manning. His staff are top notch, friendly and always so very helpful. I have seen several chiropractors over the years prior to visiting Dr Manning. Needless to say once you find the best you stay with them. Dr. Manning is AWESOME!

This is my first review I have ever written. I felt before I move out of state a 5 star review was necessary for Dr. Manning. Before I knew he was a chiropractor he was my customer, the moment I found out what he does for a living I would ask questions about what I considered normal aches and pains. He was able to diagnose my problems and tell me what I can do to ease the pain within a minute ( He always told me I should visit his office ). When my shoulder injury got to the point I couldn't left my arm over my head and would wake up at night in pain it was time to take Mr. Manning up on his offer. I had this injury for about 5 years and after 4 visits I can lift my arm over my head and do full circles. I am at about 80% mobility and almost no pain. We are currently working for 100% mobility :)

I can honestly say that Dr. Manning is the best chiropractor I have ever known.

Dr. Manning is top notch. Unlike many medical people, Dr. Manning takes the time to actually listen to your complaints and then chooses the best possible route for relief. Will not suggest treatment merely to run up the bill. In today's world of health care, it is unusual to find someone as skilled and compassionate as Dr. Manning.

The strains of moving boxes got the better of my back. I had not ever been to chiropractor before, was somewhat reluctant, but needed some relief. Jeff quickly addressed my problem and had me up and going quickly. Even got a quick adjustment in the line at the REI garage sale. Thanks, Jeff!

Been going to see Dr. Manning for nearly 10 years. I've seen several other chiropractors over the years, but he is very thorough, has very little wait, and doesn't have high pressure tactics.

Dr Manning is fantastic! The best part of his practice, is his way of serving by tailor-fitting the adjustment specifically to you and not going through the same routine over and over, something I've experienced in the past with other chiropractors. He definitely stands out from the rest and takes care of his clients. I've been going to see him for the last couple of weeks and I've noticed an incredible difference within a couple of visits. I highly recommend Dr Manning as your go-to chiropractor if you want not only results, but to feel listened to and understood as well. Dr. Manning is so patient and understanding. I've only seen him for a few weeks so far, but I've never met a more caring and honest chiropractor in my life. There's a reason for his reputation :) I'm so lucky to have been referred to him by my lawyer David Cole after my auto~accident.

Dr. Manning is a magician. Great understanding of the underlying issues and asks the right questions. He is a gifted chiropractor. My back occasionally spasms and he is an expert in treating me.

I have been to Manning Wellness Clinic twice for acupuncture. Dr. Yoo is great and the facility is clean, welcoming and relaxing. It is upstairs from Jakes burgers so not too quiet in the clinic if you are getting a massage but.....quiet enough. My acupuncture appointment included a short cupping massage.
