I recently need some work done on my furnace, also had them replace my hot water heater and my kitchen sink the gentleman that came to do the work were AWESOME they did an AWESOME job ,they were professional but at the same time they treated me like family. I will never go anywhere else and I would recommend mann plumbing and heating for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I've had Jeff come out twice now. Once for a repair and once for maintenance. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and very personable. I would highly recommend Jeff and Mann Heating and Plumbing to anyone in need of service or maintenance of their heating and cooling systems.

Integrity, the most important word I can say. Very few companies work this way anymore. It's all about up-selling their products and not about doing the job right. Mann came in after dealing with Sandwell HVAC and provided us with excellent service. They were very professional and courteous. The team replaced our whole heating and cooling system in 3 days. First night the performance was noticeably improved. If you are looking for a company you can trust go no further. They have our vote.

Had a new HVAC system installed since the system installed was inadequate. Sales service was excellent and installation was top notch. Now that I can test the efficiency of the heating system it is a vast improvement over the contractor grade equipment that was existent.

They listen well, repeat back to ensure understanding and try their darnedest to get help to you soon. Our water heater quit working at 10pm. Made the phone call to Mann at 8am this morning. Matt and Jeff showed up by 10am and did an EXCELLENT job of not only installing but to educate us on the type of water heater we now have. We needed our fuel oil tank replaced and Mann's did a excellent job. We used their services before to replace our copper water pipes and were very satisfied. From the initial call to the office until the job was completed we were treated with respect and professional courtesy. My water heater went bad. Called the 24 hour number, had a call back within 10 mins.
Friendly response and was told I would be called the next day to set up an appointment.
Two days later, I have a new water heater installed.

Had new Hot Water Heater installed. On time, well organized, cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Took less than 2 hours. The gentlemen that we had explained everything and was very professional. First time we used them and will not be the last.

Mann plumbing was fantastic to work with from the initial contact through to completion. They communicated frequently and if there was even the slightest delay, we were notified. Our project was no small task. We installed an entire bathroom/laundry combo in a room partially underground. The plumber was on time!! He repaired a leaky bathroom sink faucet and found the problem with my pot filler faucet. We have ordered a replacement and when received, he will return to install. We have found the business and technical staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The tech arrived on time and was very friendly. He had to go get a couple of parts for our furnace, but still had everything up and running in about two hours. Seems like he cleaned what needed cleaned and checked over everything thoroughly. Will not hesitate to call Mann Plumbing and Heating when we need our furnace serviced again!

Shane was awesome. I texted him when I found a leak after the pipe was repaired and he came to the house at 9 or 930 pm to repair the fixture that was put on. I will recommend to anyone that is in need of a plumber.

after 3 attempts to get someone to fix my heat pump this company came through with excellent service the lady who took my call stated that a service tech named Jeff would be at my house within 2 hours and he gave me a call to give me 30 min heads up that he was on his way and did a great job fixed my heat pump and was very professional and explained my system issue to me

Over all was very happy with the project. Had a new gas line installed just wish I did not have to drive 2 hours to pick up a part that should have already been picked up by Mann plumbing. Thinking I should change to 3 stars. End results is that I now have a gas stove no more electric cooking for me. I am happy even as I clean up the mess left from the job.

I have used this service for over 30 years for many repairs and maintaining our furnace and air conditioning. They are always very professional, in time and reasonably price.

They do awesome work. Besides taking care of our A/C they also cleaned and repaired our dryer vent system.

From the estimate to the work being done it was fast and simple. Very profesional and helpful workers. Definitely check them out they ll take good care of you.

I have depended on Mann Heating and Plumbing to do three different repairs to my home's plumbing. Each time, the scheduler had been friendly and quickly set up appointments. All technicians who have worked in the house have been friendly and courteous. They have taken time to answer all of my questions and offer money saving suggestions. I highly recommend this company!

The guys came to see why my t&p valve kept leaking, come to find out the expansion tank was bad due to the pressure reducing valve being faulty. They replace both valves and the expansion tank, and re plumbed some pipes. All in all they did great work, would highly recommend.

I have not had a good experience with Mann Plumbing and Heating. I had an appointment on 3/20 to get an outdoor water spout installed. The service provider was here for well over 2 hours and was unable to complete the job because he did not have the necessary tools. I was told I would have to call to set up another appointment to have him finish. The rescheduled appointment was for 3/30 between 10a-12p. I get a phone call at 11:30a notifying me that they needed to cancel my appointment and reschedule yet again as he was held up at another job. My next appointment is for 4/2.

I found all these rescheduled appointments very unprofessional. I have to take off work in order to be home for these appointments so the fact they they keep being rescheduled and postponed is very frustrating. I will definitely be using a different provider for future plumbing and heating needs. I simply cannot recommend them.

Update 6/2/2020: I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4. The second technician that came out to the house to finish the job was very professional and knowledgeable. He easily and quickly finished what the original technician could not. The owner called me to discuss my review and my experience. He was polite and courteous in the interaction and seemed genuinely interested in how they could improve the customer service experience for the future. I appreciated the effort on his behalf to remedy the situation and improve!

With a broken water pipe, Shane arrived within fifteen minutes after hours and corrected problem. Jeff serviced my furnace with detailed attention last fall. Can't recommended highly enough.

Had a small leak and needed a valve changed. The guy who came was friendly. The leak was fixed and the valve was changed in a decent time. The guy did great work.

Price was too high for the amount of time it took to unclog the drain to pay $250 for them to show up and to be told there is another bill coming prices was way to high

they in stalled a new furnace. in my basement witch is a very low ceiling not much room in there too work. They were on time and very nice while they were checking things out before they got started. and they just pumped there leg up against my water line (witch is very old copper) so it sprung a leak, they were very fast too helping me get the main water off, and they temporary fixed the leak. and i called into Mann's and made appointment too have all my water lines replaced because they were over 55 years old. any ways it didn't take them long after all that too hook up my new furnace i am very pleased with them. couldn't ask for a better crew Tammy F.

I started using Mann Plumbing 2 years ago when my central air stopped running on a very hot 4th of July. A service tech came to my home immediately, and had my air fixed the same day. Since then, I have used them several times for plumbing problems and for yearly maintenance on my heating unit. Every issue I've had, they've fixed at a reasonable cost and in a short amount of time. Also, I can't say enough good things about two of Mann's Service Techs, Jeff and Shane. Both men are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and tidy. As long as Mann Plumbing and Heating is around, I can't imagine using any other company.

An update to my previous post:
We have never experienced service like we do with MANN PLUMBING AND HEATING. They just fixed the furnace - a tree had come down taking the power out the night before Thanksgiving and once we got power back the furnace was still out. Mann came out on a holiday weekend- got the right part and came back a couple days later and lo and behold it WAS the right part and the furnace started right up! These guys know what they are doing and don't mess around! Luckily it wasn't too cold yet and we managed to make do with space heaters in the meantime, but I have to tell you- DO NOT HESITATE to go to Mann with any heating or plumbing issues. Their guys in the field are honest, fast, efficient, and respectful. They are the only contractor I recommend with 100% certainty. Jeff was our furnace guy and he was AMAZING! Mann only hires the best and everyone we've used from there has been beyond expectations. THANK YOU AGAIN MANN!!!!!!

We're new to the Fayetteville area and had read the reviews about Mann when we were looking for plumbing/AC services. Tonight I had to call them after hours because our sump pump stopped working. Never having a sump pump before I was expecting the worst and a lot of $$$$. Their service was prompt and professional- turns out the only thing the matter was that there was a minor problem, which Brandon fixed in a minute. I was really impressed that he was honest with me about the problem and didn't take advantage of my ignorance about all things plumbing to turn it into a bigger deal. From here on out I will definitely make Mann's Plumbing and Heating my contractor for all things needed at our new house and highly recommend them to anyone looking for integrity, honesty and professionalism in their service provider.

$950 to replace a gas valve that probably didn t need to be replaced. Then added a thermocouple without telling us when the valve wouldn t open (most likely a bad thermocouple in the first place).
Charging $700 for a Robertshaw valve that can be purchased for <$100 on any E-commerce site is just piggish. This company should manage their techs better or be ashamed of themselves for terrible customer price gouging.
Bottom line go anywhere else but here.

They replaced my water heater. Tech was very quick and made sure everything worked. Price was not crazy and couldn t finance the work done that was nice. water heater is much better than my old one. I would have them do work again.

They are very friendly from the front desk to the technican. Very knowledgeable. They have done plumbing for me and they also installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Price was fair and when my furnace broke , they installed a new one in a few days.

What can say. I've been in construction for 43 years. They are real professionals.

I've used Mann for several years now. They had my business when my furnace failed on a frigid Sunday and Brad came out in about half an hour and helped me. I've had them for regular maintenance on my system since then, and they recently installed a new system after I relocated. Their promptness and professionalism is not always found in some other businesses these days, so it's good to find people like this.

The plumber arrived within the promised window of time and proceeded immediately to the jobs we had for him. We found him (Shane) to be efficient and quite capable to complete all that we had requested. We will use them again for sure when the need arises.
