$950 to replace a gas valve that probably didn t need to be replaced. Then added a thermocouple without telling us when the valve wouldn t open (most likely a bad thermocouple in the first place).
Charging $700 for a Robertshaw valve that can be purchased for <$100 on any E-commerce site is just piggish. This company should manage their techs better or be ashamed of themselves for terrible customer price gouging.
Bottom line go anywhere else but here.
