I just had the worst experience of my life at this institution today with their security and admin staff. I visited the facility to finalise the enrolment of my sister. The admin staff were extremely rude to my children who are 2 and 4 year old. The behavior of admin staff gives me serious doubts about the credibility of Manipal university and such staff are causing damage to the brand reputation of this institution. The security staff as well is poorly trained to handle guest. Overall I'm extremely disappointed at the way the visit went and would request the management invest some time in training your staff. Manipal university claims to be industry leader in education but they need to fix their basics such as the staff attitude towards the guest visiting their facility in Dubai
In my opinion this university here is only for business purpose their only goal seems to earn more and more money from students. After getting trapped to their fake advertisement given in India students get stuck to this university and administration make use of this opportunity in making money from students. Placement services are also not good they bring Useless internships. Personally I would not suggest you to get enrolled in this university.
The worst university anyone could ever think of. It is just a money making business strategy with no concern for the students and their rights. Worst experience I have ever had as I had to miss my virtual convocation in 2020 because of the poor communication from the university regarding the VISA issues. Manipulating and conspiracy are the biggest weapons of this university. During the VISA renewals, I receive 10 mails every day because the college wants money, for the VISA cancellation, not even one email was sent from the VISA department stating the problem and they get away with poor communicated words on the basis of technicality. Not even worth the one star I had to forcibly give.

The worst university ever. I suggest students to not join this university because they are always only looking to grab money from the students. The faculty, management and the heads are not supportive. Even during Covid they had no consideration for students and wanted full money on time or with late fees. Ill start circulating this on all online portals and websites.
The worst university ever .. I have been talking to Mr. Prashant ( admissions in Dubai campus ) so many times , Watsapped him , called him and send multiple reminders but not once did he send me details , forms or prospectus for PhD or doctoral programmes that I was interested in . Very disappointed..
Its a good university. They teach various undergrad courses like Engineering , Biotechnology, Media and Communication, Architecture and Interior Design. Pretty good infrastructure too and one of the biggest in Dubai Academic City.
They have one of the Best Faculties as far as Dubai is concern
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible University. Horrible customer service and have zero respect towards parents. The finance team is not at all available to listen to reasoning neither do they accept post dated cheques (which University in Dubai does not accept PDC's?). My worst experience with a university in Dubai. As a parent I'm terribly upset about their way of talking and their lack of assistance.
i wish i could give 0 stars to it and in my opinion it is worst university no valid certificate and seriously its been 6 months and i am unemployed in dubai just because salesman in india of this university says that i will get job in just 1 week by university but all fake BEWARE AND STAY AWAY from this scams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME. PATHETIC QUALITY OF EDUCATION.
The quality of education is very bad. And during the coronavirus-pandemic the way they have handled the situation is disappointing. Every other universities or school supported the students with discounts or waive off on certain fees that weren't used during the lockdown time. But Manipal was here to make only money. And the fees we paid during the lockdown was for nothing. The online classes they handled was pathetic. Fees remained the same but quality of the education they gave during the lockdown was even worse. Will definitely not recommend anyone to join.

It is a trap, there is no honest way out of their Degree Mill Programs + the staff is lazy, irresponsible and rude.
Pay more to stay or pay much more if you can't... a statement that could describe them well.

It's a very good University, which has many different courses with very good facilities. The only problem it's quite far which takes a long time to reach the University.
