One of the best Paris Mango for the choice of item...

One of the best Paris Mango for the choice of items (many pieces). On the other hand, there is little cash waiting ... A smile on the cash register would not hurt ... We must make your customers want to come back !!!!! I advise nevertheless because the store is really tidy.

This one says to me "X please", I give him my ticket of 50 and he takes it while blowing and puts it carelessly on the counter looking disdainful because MONSIEUR was sorting his receipts or I do not know what. Not a goodbye. It is also very unpleasant because the cashiers talk to each other and laugh while hardly looking at us when we go to the cashier. In short they tell it as if they worked at Louis Vuitton.

Cashier, disdainful and not friendly at all, not a good evening, thank you or see again, I was entitled to one when she gave me my bag. After wiping a meaning answer to my good evening when I approached the cash, I preferred not to say anything, I find it incredible that I can make a purchase without the cashier uses any of these 3 words.
What service!

Such an attitude is deplorable.
Side fitting not really that level of friendliness.
Leaving the cabin, except recover my plate with my number of articles without a word, without asking me if it was ok, nothing, so I was storing my 2 items not taken on the shelves.

The store is tidy however, hence the 2 stars.
But I will not set foot in this shop, although it is big.
There was a nice woman all over the store, the one who gave me my plate with my number of items for fitting. Too bad that it was not her that I saw on leaving.

I usually go to Mango de la Defense, Velizy or Boulogne and I have never had a problem with the attitude of the staff.

I do not know if it is related to the fact that it is late afternoon at 8 pm, heat, or other but good to avoid, there is easily a lot more nice home level and service in other shops Mango.

Very bad customer experience this Monday, June 10 ...

Very bad customer experience this Monday, June 10 at 10am in the store Mango Boulevard Haussmann.

Last week I bought a jacket in XL jeans in St. Germain, which I changed in the hour for an L because it was too big.

Yesterday I try the jacket in question and it is too short for me, it happens!

This morning I go to the cash desk of the Mango store in Haussmann to get my money back. I have of course the receipt, problem my mode of payment is not listed, since it is a ticket exchange, it is just indicated card.

The cashier asks me how I settled my jacket, I say amex but she needs a "proof"! Ok I present him on my phone account statement amex where the purchase in question, it seems to suffice except that his manager, a young man, categorically refuses to repay me on the pretext that if the card used is not specified on the ticket no refund is possible. I am really angry at this excess of zeal and lack of understanding, it is clearly the amex that I presented to him that was used for the purchase. I ask for a credit, not possible either. I come out of it angry, I myself am responsible for a network of 35 shops, I know perfectly well that he should have been able to repay me.

I then went to another mango store in Paris, and there, no problem, the cashier simply scanned my ticket and refunded me in 30 seconds!

I want to say to the head of limited cash that I would have liked to buy a shirt in his store, but I preferred to make a detour to buy it elsewhere!

Mango is very very very stylish and cool fashion and great business is very smart the staff is very coooooooooooooooooooool with us and between them they with each other with a talkee walky and it's very funny and fun we would like to try but good voila what! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you please update your opening hours? On the store's website it is written that Sundays it is closed and here it is written that it is open. I went there today and it was closed 6:40 p.m. whereas here it is written that it closed at 7 p.m. on Sunday (Sunday August 2)

I came this day for a return, as the t-shirt I bought a few days before had a manufacturing defect. Indeed a piece of fabric of the back was taken in the seam of the sleeve. The seller did not want to send me back or exchange the product on the pretext that it took me too long to come to the store (1 week) and that the t-shirt smelled of perfume?!? He refuses it, telling me that it is up to me to control it in the store and that he could not sell it as is. But is this a joke ?? Don't these companies have a quality control service, can't the sales people when putting on the shelves rule out defective products? Do we have to pay 20 for a t shirt that obviously goes in the trash? I am sick of these chains which have greatly increased their prices to the detriment of the quality and poor condition of the clothes.
