We stayed using club-delight. The transfer at Benz was comfortable, but the surprise birthday cake I had requested in advance was not in the room and the special spa service credit was not explained.
The quality of afternoon tea, evening cocktails and breakfast at the Oriental Club has been lower than before (the bowls and mangoes are charged), and there were so many customers who did not follow the dress code. That's too bad.

Worst service in town. We were not able to check in a 4:30pm on the 11th of May, and we were told to wait but the front desk staff has completely forgot about us. can t believe that its Mandarin.
