This hotel is run down in the pool area where tiles are missing and can cut your feet easily. Kids club was also under renovation a minus for us as our kids cant use the facility. Wanted to have Tokyo night dinner with the family but was told it's not available because they don't have enough customers. Than why promote it? Said unless we book a min pax of 20???. Ridiculous.

I stayed at the next Peninsula Beach Resort, but I only spoke a little Japanese so I went to this hotel on my way home from breakfast. I wonder if there is a staff who can speak Japanese. When I went to the front desk, a chef (Mr. Aida) from a restaurant came in time and had an interpreter. We heard about speed boat going to Lembongan Island. Eventually, I applied for a tour. I'm really thankful to you. A young woman at the front desk (SUKMA) and a Japanese chef from Sakai were able to safely go to Lembongan Island. In addition, I went to eat rice for dinner at night, but the recommended menu at night is different from the usual menu, and a set of sashimi, stewed fish, miso soup, rice, fruit dessert, etc. 100,000Rp (800 yen) It is super advantageous. The normal set menu costs around 4,000 to 5,000 yen, and the single item menu costs around 800 yen.

The place is fantastic

The place is fantastic
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable
Far from restaurants
Bad breakfast
The crew is bad
The hotel is predominantly Buddhist
Sheraton Kuta Bali is much better and cheaper
I do not recommend it especially for conservative families

Nice hotel, well maintained.

Nice hotel, well maintained.
The staff are adorable, very caring, like all Balinese.
The meals are very good and varied. A special mention for the breakfast!
We tested the massages, very professional and impeccable hygiene.
The swimming pool is nice, possibility of having cocktails at the adjoining bar.
We have fond memories of it.

Be wary of this Nikko is not the same Nikko used to be in Nusa Dua. I liked the previous Nikko which is called Hilton now. This Nikko is just an old, small and cheap renovated place. The lift is small and smells. I worried about the hygienic condition as my husband got cough from dust from air conditioner and in the room. He got diarrhea a couple of times after had breakfast because they served him tea with old milky stuffs in the teapot. The staffs are nice, said sorry but couldn t do anything. We couldn t stay any longer and decided to move. The manager refused to refund the rest 4 nights accommodation. They offered one hour massage but sorry, no one wanted to have massage if got the sickness from the resort. Well, it s a big mistake to book this resort. We thought it s the one in old location.
They moved over a year ago. We booked one week and didn t refund the rest after we moved out on the third day means they ripped off over $2000 from us for the rest 4 nights accommodation. Never ever go back again! I just want to tell more ppl this Nikko is not the one before so the reviews were not for this one. If you are sensitive with dust and care about food hygiene, don t take risk. Be careful!

kamar luas, dingin, nuansa kayunya bagus, bersih (tapi toilet masih kurang bersih). Kamar kurang kedap suara. Shower dan tub terpisah. Pantai dibersihkan tiap pagi dan lautnya bisa digunakan berenang. Staf ramah. Utk makan pagi, rasa makanan kurang. Saat makan pagi, kopi dan teh juga harus dipesan.

We spent 2 weeks in this dream hotel. A welcome worthy of the name, with small cocktails homemade when we arrived. We had subscribed to the breakfast package, which is more a brunch / lunch. Buffet garnished with all kinds of extremely tasty food! The next meal was for the evening. The staff was attentive and very friendly throughout the stay. They also have 2 Happy Hours a day, opportunity to sip a delicious cocktail (well charged) in the pool or in front of the sea. Finally we had a room ocen view, the alarm clock was very nice! The room was always perfectly done .. really nothing to stick to this hotel which is very well maintained. The most for sports, a small gym with what to do his work out of the day! I recommend!!!

We loved our honeymoon stay at the Grand Aston! The staff are wonderfully welcoming and the hotel is beautiful. Definitely one of the better value for money resorts in the area as the continental breakfast buffet was divine and the hotel is beautiful. The reception were always helpful in sending things up to our room. We loved the spa for the steam room which is more steam than room and throughly enjoyed sunrise yoga.

I would not recommend getting the all inclusive option if you want to experience Bali. We quickly learnt that most services including food, the spa and laundry can be almost ten times what they cost across the road. The deposit feature is a trap to get you to spend more money than you would once you've experienced Bali. Also consider that Nusa Dua is relatively far away from Kuta so most places close at ten in the evening and a taxi to Kuta costs about 120k idr.

A very modest hotel for budget travelers who want a minimal set of services (a bed in an air-conditioned room, a toilet and a hot shower), a modest but tasty breakfast for little money, while living in a civilized district near the beach (100m).

Great place, best spot of beach that i saw when walking up and down the shore compared to other hotels. Far from Kuta, shuttle bus is filled quickly so be sure to book 24hrs in advance or be willing to pay $20AUD for a one way trip in a taxi. DO NOT DO LAUNDRY THERE, made the mistake of not reading the prices and it was about $5 per item, spent $100 on half a load of laundry. Breakast was good, I liked the restaurant by the bar, wish we ate there more often. Room was lovely, such a comfy bed.

Very nice hotel right on the beach of Nusa Dua. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Whether at the pool or on the beach, everywhere you were served. The food was always freshly prepared, which always took a bit, but it was top quality and taste. The room was large and well equipped, overlooking the beautiful pool and Indian Ocean.

Nice, not new hotel. We lived in Bali in different hotels, I can say with confidence that the best breakfasts are here! Great area, nice pool. The beach is terribly dirty, but this is not the hotel s fault. We went to Nusa Dua beach.

Nice hotel, great service. Great breakfast. Giant pool facility. Unfortunately we had a bit bad luck with the rooms. The first was the light, the second stank it at some point extremely for gas from the air conditioning. But we were allowed to change the room immediately. Unfortunately, you can also see that the hotel is getting old. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable. The hotel has a beautiful beach location, which is guarded by Securiti. The local traders speak to you on the beach, but are not intrusive. If you want to swim in the sea you have to expect the tides. Afternoon was always low tide and we could not swim. And at high tide in the morning are on the water jetskis and speed boat on the go are the extremely loud and proper diesel smell emit .... So rather a place at the pool looking!
