The Old Hotel, the loby area lights and the lounge don't turn on at night, causing this area to be very dark and an unpleasant aura to emerge

Excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The facilities and the gardens are amazing and everything is kept very clean at all times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The service is friendly only the equipment in many rooms is outdated and some are no longer feasible ...

Very nice hotel. Our stay was above our expectations.
However, some things would have to be planned, in particular redoing the pool deck several times we got scratched because of the broken tiles. But she remains very very beautiful.
Also in terms of sound insulation. We were woken up at night by the noise in the hallway.

It's outdated, it needs an up date urgently. Staff very friendly but lack English comprehension for being a 5 *. My. Category would be 3 *

Great location but very expensive for food and drink within the hotel, the exception being the Japanese buffet on Wednsday nights.

Large courtyard, available swimming pool and beautiful beach view

We love Ocean View, we also like the cleanliness of the hotel. It's just that children's playground and car park management still need to be developed.

Great cocktails available and Italian restaurant is fantastic.

I went back to this hotel three times, the ocean view rooms are magnificent, Nusa Dua area is super tranquil & relaxing where this hotel is located
