Mandalay Bay is def ok bite my one of the high-end resorts in Vegas, and it shows it. The decor and ambiance was flawless. Everything was cleans and clearly well-maintained . The layout of the hotel and conference center was easy to navigate and made sense.

Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Their restaurants were terrific in both food and service. The amenities were all top notch! The location was easy to get to and the trams to the other hotels were an added convenience. I had a wonderful time there

Great experience
Super clean every where, disposable mask and hand sanitizer in the common areas and complimentary clothing mask and sanitizer in the room for all guests.

All the staff seemed very friendly but our house keeping did not restock our towels when they came around to clean and when we called the desk it took over an hour to get only one set of towels. It's a beautiful hotel don't get me wrong and not cheap. I expected better service.

Been there for a couple of conventions. Seems clean, everything is within walking distance. Must check out the sky bar and minus 5. Only issue the price of stuff is out of hand. Coffee to make in the room $12 per cup. Absolutely rediculous! I understand the bar food and beer being high, but come on.

I thought the buffet would be better at a big resort like this. I arrived for breakfast an hour after they opened and the pancakes and french toast where stale and crunchy.

Rooms were spectacular, everything else about this resort was clean, accommodating, and welcoming. Will definitely consider staying here every time.

I'm here for a conference and so far everything has been very organized. Lots of signs pointing me in the right direction. The event staff have been nice and the conference rooms have been clean and very functional. Great job Mandalay Bay, keep it up!

The valet parking guy said they were full and only parking people who were staying there. BUT....if I gave him $60.00 cash, no credit cards allowed, I could park out front. What a friggin RIP off. Pretty sickening how a hotel/casino continues to gouge people for everything. The casino cage supervisor said it was ok for them to do it.

Awesome rooms for the price. We got the King room with Double closets, huge bathroom and view of the strip. Loved this hotel. We came in the winter for my birthday so we weren't able to use the pools. They keep them closed for winter season.

But they also gave us free drinks and entry into The Foundation Room which is on the rooftop of the hotel. It is a must see for tourists traveling to Las Vegas! They give 2 free drinks to all women. Any champagne or Vodka cocktail.

We also got a VIP table and bottle service at The Light nightclub inside the casino. Friday's is mostly hip hop night and that was a lot of fun too. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday.

New hotel with large rooms. Has own kinda beach and entertainment, such as shark reef, lazy river and etc.
Didn t like that too much people at the pool. Sometimes there is no space for 6 feet.
Is you swim with no mask, but also no 6 feet distance, but outside you always have to wear it on.
No breakfast, no water.
Shark reef 22$ per adult (must visit)!
Actually, if you choose where to stay, Mandalay is a good choice!

GREAT !!! The most beautiful place on earth! The design of everything not one item was out of place. Well, maybe I was but, just as soon as you walk thru those doors your transported to an A AH! Moment! The atmosphere took my breath away. We had a delicious meal and a lovely evening as well. GO!! ENJOY !!

After getting over the sadness of seeing the site of the shooting,
We had a great time. Shark experience was very good. Dinner @ Lupo, superb. Then the Michael Jackson One show? WOW....
Do Not miss this show!

This place is beautiful and a nice place to stay on the strip. I really liked the buffet. They had anything you'd want, including crab legs (steamed and cold). I was here for a work conference and it's amazing. They have a food court right by to conference area and the Shark aquarium.

Actually I wasn't able to turn into mandalay bay... I tried but traffic and flow kept me out...now I am Vegas Lost...this town is laid like a casino .....motion...giant faces... lights!..weird ..wierd?...angles on street corners..people...a few clearly advertising their insane ways...

I have been here many times. Love the restaurants, especially The House of Blues. Great breakfast specials, and reasonable prices. The casino is nice too, with a lot of fun slots. We stayed at the Delano. It was just ok. Room service was awful. Do not get the lox and bagels, or maybe just skip the room service all together. 70.00 for nasty food. There were stains on our couch, brown water came out of the faucet, toilets weren't working properly. And the room didn't look like the pictures. So unfortunately, I do not recommend the Delano. Stay at the Mandalay instead.

All we saw was the shark reef aquarium. We did not...

All we saw was the shark reef aquarium. We did not have time for the polar exhibit and didn't experience anything else at Mandalay Bay. The aquarium was pretty awesome. About 45 minutes to an hour to experience once you are in the door. The diversity of animals was pretty good for the size of the place; there were: community reef fish, (clownfish, damsels, etc) seastars ("starfish"), octupi, seajellies ("jellyfish"), lionfish, pacu, piranha, sea turtles, rays, and sharks galore. I also really enjoyed the komodo dragon, but if you don't know much about them - they basically snooze all day until food time, lol. There was also a 'pet a stingray' pool which is always fun. I enjoyed how the shark tank had a 'sunken ship' theme, and the glass tunnels where you are surrounded by fish - which were rather active. Overall, a pretty darn good aquarium on it's own, but for inside a hotel? Yeah, pretty impressive.

So why only 4 stars? Some minor - VERY minor - things made me knock it down a star:
1. I didn't notice much in the way of signage with 'fun facts' about the animals, though it was pretty crowded and we didn't have a lot of time to waste. There were a few, but I would have liked more in the way of educational information. (There were a few employees who were very knowledgeable, but the signs would've been great to pair with it.)
2. The lines. We stood in line to get tickets. Then piled in line to go in to the shark reef. We couldn't see the polar exhibit because we spent as long in lines as in the exhibit itself! I don't know how they could fix that, but it still was frustrating that we spent as long queued up as looking at the animals! (Admittedly, it was a Saturday afternoon.)
3. My date is legally blind, and was carrying a white cane. Why on Earth would the tourist photographer say "Now look at the flowers up there, and look scared." I mean... Seriously? First off, the assembly line photos was rushed and it seemed like you didn't have a choice whether to take the photo or not. Secondly the photographer was very obvious that she didn't care about her job/taking good photos. Third... He's blind. Tell him to look up to the right. It's not rocket science! I know it's petty and insignificant to most people, but it put a bitter taste in our mouths before we even got inside. We haven't stopped laughing at the idiocy since.
4. The price. It was NOT unreasonable, but with the aforementioned flaws paired with the fact that this was smaller than a typical aquarium I felt it was a tad high. $25 is a standard price for an aquarium. But this was not full sized, not educational, and not as diverse as a normal aquarium (nearly all the tanks are represented in my pictures). At home I can see an aquarium three times as large (with penguins and such), with tons of information, far more varieties of animals and habitats, and a better overall experience for $21. I understand that it's Vegas, but in a way that makes me have higher expectations.
Again, these are minor things that made me knock it one star. Overall it was great. Easily it's a 4.5 star, but I wouldn't say a perfect rating.

Despite what was going on during the time of my stay, it was an awesome place, clean and felt as if I didn't need to leave the resort to find something awesome to do if I didn't feel like it. I hope to go again soon!

Simply awesome resort. One completely hidden gem most would never see is the front walk way. I'm talking about if one were to walk from the valet due East to Las Vegas Blvd, you can walk though a beautiful area of waterfalls and plants.

I have to say, to acquire an ADA accomodation, you will need to speak to the hotel manager. Staff are clueless to what it means. Maybe that should be a training that needs instructing. I did enjoy the 4th of July fireworks celebration though.

I honestly felt that by asking for an accomodation I was automatically a problem, which is so unfair. So lots of tears occured after I was helped by the manager because I didn't ask to have a spinal injury. It was forced upon me by a negligent driver. Thank you to the wonderful manager who helped me find appropriate seating. This special education teacher had a good night.

Remains one of the best upper-mid-tier hotel casinos on the strip. Clean rooms, decent layout of casino, connection to Luxor, and they've lowered the minimums at the table games. Mobile check-in is a godsend, but they still have those magnetic cards that erase themselves if you wander too close to a potted plant. I've averaged 1+ trip back to the front desk to get new keys, over a sample size of 5 stays.

The people that work there were very nice. The first room we were put in was the Delano, which we were told was an upgrade, but when we got there it was so far from the main lobby and the room was smaller than the original I booked. When I phoned the front desk to get moved because we didn't like the room we were told there was none available until the next day. We were in that room because they over booked. We were also told that they could that we would get a discount on our room because of how much we played in the casino but at check out they couldn't do anything for us. Three people looked up our registration and only on the last day did they tell us because we booked through a third party that they couldn't do anything for us. Our room wasn't cleaned everyday and needed to ask for more towels. Although we had some issues, we would definitely stay with them again. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the employees that work there are very kind.

Love the layout, more open casino area, the shops were great. The room was comfy, bathroom very roomy, awesome shower pressure! 5 stars until I had to park the rental. Most places on the strip are free, but not Mandalay, please sign up for our credit card for that. Paid 15 to park, come on MGM.

We got a great, spacious, and beautiful room. We are here for our anniversary and the concierge helped us with great restaurant suggestions. The hotel and casino are beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for.

A girlfriend and I stayed in the Delano Tower and the rooms were beautiful. The view of the mountains was wonderful to wake up to every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I typically stay on Freemont Street because I'm a creature of habit and I really like a certain hotel down there so this was my first time staying on the strip. The pool area was very nice and since I'm not a gambler there was so much to do and see from shopping to visiting the aquarium it was a perfect place for us to stay.

Booked a king room. Called to let them know we would be checking in late and received assurance that our room would be available. Arrived and we told that our room was no longer available and received a double room instead. Check-in receptionist tried to shift the blame. Changed her to story to say it was a booking error after we showed her the reservation confirmation. Rude service alone will keep me from booking here again.

Great customer service at every level. The spa is nice with a better then average weight room. Good layout in the whole complex. The only negative is its higher in cost and like all the other casino/hotels the resort fee is really an insult to the consumer

Just got back from there... Worst hotel experience...

Just got back from there... Worst hotel experience of my life! We had a drunken frat party next to us all weekend long, and they REFUSED to move us or remove the obnoxiously loud party. We called to complain EIGHT times. Staff was not only NOT helpful, but downright rude! On our last day, we are woken up at 630am to the same drunken guys screaming the happy birthday song. The staff basically told us... You guys are checking out today, so oh well, and HUNG UP ON US!! Do not stay here!!! If you have any issues with your stay, they will not take care of you!!

Worst stay in a hotel ever.

Worst stay in a hotel ever.
We were a family group of 4 rooms & everything we did was a hassle. Service was a disaster, it took me 2 hours to check in due to mix ups in the rooms. I was finally given a key card which turned out to be for room of my daughter's mother-in-law !! No bell boys on hand for luggage or to help with my handicapped son's luggage. No restaurants open on the 23rd. Everyone told us differing answers to our questions... it was a real nightmare. When I checked out, they also checked out my daughter's 2 rooms & she had to pay the going price for her last night & not the special we had. There was nothing pleasant in our stay & it was an expensive & horrendous holiday for all of us.

My husband and I booked my parents a room through travelocity. I $30 per person per day beverage and drink credit was being advertised. My mom went to the desk to ask about this only to be told that she needed proof of this. I called and spoke to an employee and management only to be told they would not be honoring it. My husband and I are planning a trip for July and we re also planning to stay at Mandalay Bay. However after this disappointing experience we will not be spending a single penny here. I will also make sure anyone that I know who plans on a trip to Vegas knows not to stay here. Sad because my husband and I are young and love to travel and gamble. Mandalay Bay will not be getting any business from us! We were treated as we did not matter. Don t advertise something even through a third party if you plan to not honor it just to get some money! Worst customer service ever!

The Mandalay Bay Resort was a fabulous place to stay. The room was very spacious and kept very clean by housekeeping, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of dining options, and the buffet, in particular, was amazing! I highly recommend a stay here.

Nice place but Nevada's mask requirements are beyond comprehension. Masks required outside even outside while sitting at the pool alone with nobody within 50 feet of you. And the hotel is forced to make sure you comply. This is exactly what makes people become anti-maskers. No thanks, this craziness is not for me. Save your money and take a pass on all of Las Vegas until this virus and associated craziness ends.
