Amazingly clean rooms with an excellent attention to detail. It's always nice to see management along with workers when they're cleaning to double and triple check work!

Went in October 2019 and had a blast! It was a great way to relax after spending the whole previous day on the Las Vegas Strip. With several different types of pools and some great Cabanas that are located right next to the water, we will definitely be back again. I would highly recommend arriving early and booking a cabana before you go.
Mandalay Bay was a fun place to visit. It was a bit confusing trying to get back to the valet by elevator. My wife and I wanted to visit the aquarium, but didn't get a chance to. The details that were designed and built in the casino are amazing. The smallest details inside with the architecture and decor are amazing. Even if you, like me, don't drink, smoke, or gamble, Mandalay Bay is an amazing casino to visit and experience.
Always have a good time there. Cocktail waitresses not so much. Never come around and if you do get one good luck getting your drink!!! That's the only problem.
My visit was 8 nights at Mandalay, accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Rooms are large, we were upgraded to strip view since a king bed was not available without asking. I believe all rooms have a soaking tub. Visit lush in the shops for organic soaps, exfoliants and in shower lotions. Makes the trip worth while.
Citizens is the 24/7 restaurant. Our very first dish was Lasagna from the regular menu early afternoon. Choose your meals wisely as they are pricey when you have to eat 2-3 meals per day or more in the hotel. And all the restaurants do not live up to the standards of the reviewers. I own a restaurant back home, I am bias and always look for my meals to hit my taste buds right no matter the cuisine. Order dishes from every place that are top sellers, don't be optimistic like I was. Veranda had a brunch that was delicious and fresh. I had about 3 glasses of orange juice. It was just perfect after a night of drinking. Ordered an omlette and sampled from the buffet tables. Veranda also allows ordering from another menu at the four seasons. An older couple sitting behind us had a Burger and the largest hot dog I have ever seen for breakfast. They said everything at the Four Seasons was pretty good.
Ri Ra Irish pub is a no brainier. Go with a traditional irish dish, ask for Melissa and her secret chocolate cake shot. It really tasted like chocolate cake. Bangers and smash was a BANGER DISH! Fish and Chips we're great, best (fresh) fries we had in Vegas all week.
RX boiler room, seems under promoted. Everything is good. We left our phone to charge in our room. So no photos but go there a few times.
Burger Bar, severely disappointing. Enough said. The receipt shows below. $100 can go way further somewhere else with better food. Hell I'd hate to say it but spend that somewhere else. Split a Burger with a friend before diving in. If you like it then order more food. I own and operate a Burger joint. Yes I am Bias but I love Burgers and no what they should taste like.
Great photo opps everywhere in the hotel.
Foundation room had the best cocktails. Dinner was just ok. My chicken lacked flavor, steak was just a steak. Drink was exceptional. Ruth Chris, Mon Ami Gabi, and Spago would be better high end dinner venues.
Here for Cosmoprof. Nice large venue. Food and restrooms easy to find and access. Had trouble finding Oceanside C leaving from the main convention, as the signs were not very clear. Other than that, wonderful.
Visited, Light, the club at the Mandalay Bay. Lights, fog and catchy music. The dance floor was on the smaller side. It is a good club, better suited for a group of people and bottle service.
Great hotel, wide open spaces, well designed inside. Only complaint is the parking garage isn't in a great spot so dependent on which side of the hotel you'll be on, plan accordingly otherwise can be quite the walk.
This place is beautiful and big. Remember where u park and where you are. The aquarium is cool.
Lovely room. Not having complementary coffee sucks. They wanted $5 a cup
Nice rooms. House keeping tidies up daily much appriciated
Even though it's at the far end of the strip, it's a fantastic property. I really enjoyed the theme, and they find a way to carry the exotic/Tropical feel throughout the hotel in a way that feels luxurious and not campy. Even the rooms have elements that reference the overall hotel theme, which I loved. I get really turned off by some of the de-themed properties like Luxor and Excalibur... Where the hotel clearly had a theme at one point, but they've erases all the charm, and the rooms look like a Hampton Inn. As someone who cares a great deal about architecture and design, I was very happy with MB.
They have several restaurants, bars, and shops here, along with a casino area. It was quiet when I went mid-week, but the weekends were packed with a very different crowd...
The cocktail waitresses were friendly and always around when you needed them. The rest of the staff were friendly and the level of customer service is the same as you'd get at Bellagio.
I think the main attraction is probably the pools: They have several pools, a man-made beach, and a lazy river. They all fit into the theme as well. I didn't partake this time, since I was working during the days, but I wi next time if it's not too crowded.
Gambling-wise, things did feel a bit tight, but that could be my luck, or the fact that it was very quiet mid-week.
Beautiful. Liked the shops. Really didn't like the smokey smell but every Vegas strip botel/casino smelled of smoke. Went there for a volleyball tournament a day the facilities were great and appreciated the number of food options available.
Two stars off because they charge for parking. Always a good selection of restaurants. I think they keep the rooms updated in a timely manner. House of Blues is one of the best venues in town. And of course they have Mandalay Beach pool area. One of the best pool areas on the strip.
Nice hotel with lots to see and do. Not crazy about the crowds and the pool is only allowing 50% capacity because of covid which is completely understandable but disappointed you have to get on a waitlist to get to use the pool.
The room was lovely. Comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful.
Staff was great shanna was our waitress and provided awesome customer service nolan was manager there and had us seated when the hostess who was dressed improperly gave us issues. Chrissy another manager was extremely disrespectful and called me out my name. She almost ruined our experience. Nolan should be retraining her in customer service.
Well the room was smoked in the mini bar was not restocked and the charges were wrong and after hours of being on the phone with you thefts it s still not resolved. Stay away from Mandalay Bay / Delano. This places customer service and cleanliness has gone down hill. Time to change where stay and beware of the charges they are thefts.
Wonderful edifice, best environment for relaxing and fun
Only visited the Shark Reef here. Resort was very nice and clean walking through it.
I'm currently a guest at Mandalay Bay first night the sink made noise all night long so they changed my room thank you now I've been in my room for the last hour because the power is out in this hotel and when I called the front desk their response was the power slowly coming back on I hope they mean today Markie Post
A bit overated like most of Vegas however great place to stay!
Aside from gambling and the house taking your money, the hotel itself is great. Check in was smooth, and the room was nice and clean. From the last time I was here, it seems it was refreshed with wall covering and room appointments. Bathroom was also clean which is always a plus.
Family day. We all had a great time. No rush, not overcrowded. Very calming.
Getting a little dated compared to Cosmopolitan or Aria. The location is the far south end of the strip, so it's a decent walk to the heart of the strip. Easy for driving to or from though. MLife desk was always busy too.
Favorite casino in Vegas! We love the pools, lazy river, Bikini Bar, frozen drinks by the pool. Buffet is great.
Great casino with plenty of amenities. Sports book has the perfect setup spread out with plenty of room. Came to see Cirque de Soleil Michael Jackson One show (which was amazing). Plenty to do while we waited for the show to begin.
Prices on rooms are ok but charge me for self parking $15 daily no thank you even I have problems tryin to go out of the parking lot several times and be back and forth to the front desk and having actitud from the from desk representative no, first and last time here.
Border Grill was a very tasty brunch. Would also recommend the ice bar in the Shoppes. Overall a very clean and beautiful casino
Fun casino and resort to play in while in Las Vegas.
I gave this five star because this is where Cirque Di Solei's Michael Jackson One show is at. I was in MJ heaven being surrounded by all of his merchandise.
I liked the hotel but casinos are just bizarre places. Aurelio was fantastic and the pools were fun but beyond that , I've done it once and that's enough.
Great location and parking. Not enough directional signs around. Got a little lost. Great experience. Would come back.
Okay for the price. It s a little inconvenient to always have to swipe your room key to go up in the elevator. It s also a little hard to find your way around everything. The buffet is also a little over priced, as are the majority of the buffets....
Best rooms I've ever stayed in. Did the room of the Rooms stay for three nights and checked in at midnight but they were just as friendly and welcoming as if I was checking in at 3pm. The rooms are clean and large. The only gripe I'd have to mention is that the pool closes at 6pm (which seems early for me but might be a normal Vegas thing) and the food court all closes at midnight except the Irish Pub, Citizens deli, and Subway.
Wow! I had a blast dancing around like a crazy man in the Minus 5 bar. The bartender was a fun dude that helped us take funny pictures of our shenanigans. He got a BIG tip. The drinks were ok. You know how Vegas is. Pay too much for the drinks. ANYWAY. Check out the Minus 5 with a big group of friends for maximum enjoyment.
I felt weird enjoying myself here but had a great time. It's not their fault the bar looks down upon an active shooter scene. I couldn't get past that fact, but it was an amazing overlook. I'm not sure how to reconcile the feelings but in the end I would not return. Fantastic service, overlook, and location otherwise.
The House of Blues Gospel brunch was on time and very much needed.
Shopping and casino gambling, site seeing and picture taking was great aa well.
There could of been a larger security presence but otherwise Evo 2019 was quite memorable. I blame the Mandalay Bay security for not having a strong enough presence leading to the misconduct allegations plaguing Evo of 2019. Lot of brave women out there stepping forward. This is mainstream news in the making. Mandalay Bay should play a larger role in the FGC, and esports in general, and should accept responsibility and offer solutions to prevent anyone from feeling discouraged to attend future shows and events by the actions of some bad people. The people responsible will need to be made an example of as to send a message, and there needs to be more communication of accessibility to security personnel as well as hotlines for people to come forward in the future.
If it wasn't for that, I would give the venue 4.. Larger snack courts please.
Great casino at the end of the strip. so traffic is never really bad. House of blues is in there and that is one of my favorite venues to watch live concerts. Parking sure isn't cheap but there is plenty of it.
Good location for conference. But House of blues food was not very good. Tram to other hotels worked great
Amazing destination hotel. Took my son to see the shark reef, it was very well done and an easy thing to recommend for kids. Overall the hotel has a great ambiance, and I would return in a heartbeat.
It was nice the pool party the gambling wasn't harassed about face covering just reminded to be cover up around guest rite next to the Raiders stadium
Definitely going back
First Class Casino. Got a lot of slot play for only a few bucks. Saw a lot of people winning nice smaller jackpots.
Saw a concert at the Mandalay Bay Beach! Amazing venue
The room is spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is particularly good, with a comfortably sized tub for relaxing. Signage is clear and direct.
We were there for 4th of July, great firework show. We didn't go into concert, but could hear the music and enjoyed the 9min show from outside the pool area. He casino is nice, clean with s wide variety of machines and tables for gambling. I'm not happy most hotels are charging for parking, we paid $12 here. Easy to park from Dean Martin st .
The room comes with a stocked mini fridge. My boyfriend put sodas in the fridge before seeing a sign advising there was a $50 charge to put your own items in the fridge. We took the items out immediately yet were charged. The refrigerator is weighted, so if you move items in there you are billed. I would much prefer an empty fridge to store drinks in than a stocked one I wished was usable. I also reserved the hotel room on Sams club travel and was not advised of the resort fee until I was checking in at the front desk. I ending up paying over $170 more than what i was expecting yet not getting anymore from Mandalay Bay than what I expected. Overall, not happy with my experience there and will not be returning.
Really awesome Irish pub inside the place. Fish and chips
My husband was there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The tv and the toilet wasn't working it took them about 8 hrs to get the engineer up to the room. We had let housekeeping know at 9 then at 11 we called guest service know about the issue. It was horrible service. My mother in law had trouble with check in. This was our first trip to Mandalay bay. We will not be going back.
Service is good. I like the hotel. service at the casino needs more attention. Breakfast at the house of blues is really good.
Not overly impressed with the prices. While I accept that Vegas is expensive, Mandalay Bay takes some things to an extreme. All of the soda and whatnot in the mini bar are kept track of by a weight sensor. Moving something out to keep something cold (because you have to pay $50 a day to use your refrigerator) trips the sensor so you end up paying for it, even if said item was never consumed. They nickle and dime EVERYTHING. Personally I wouldn't stay here, but I'm working a convention and my room was booked for me. All that being said, the staff is very kind and personable. I'm just wondering why at the cheaper hotels you can get complimentary items that you may have forgotten, while at the Mandalay Bay you have to pay for the privileged of using the coffee maker in your room.
I watch a UFC fight during my stay and the aquarium while staying in Vegas. Mandalay Bay has a lot to offer and to see. Where do I start? I mean the numerous restaurants, shows, bars and sights. All are reasons to visit Mandalay Bay. The pool party was unbelievable!
Lovely hotel but the service was sub-par.
We had a burned out toilet room light and called it in at 3p. They called our room at midnight and said there was someone at our door. The do not disturb sign was up!!! Which was there for a reason (they said to make sure it wasn't up if we wanted service, so yeah when we were done I out it up specifically expecting them not to knock or call).
The restaurants were just ok as far as food. I was definitely expecting very delicious... We had breakfast twice, Chinese... The service at breakfast was not good. Both times (different places) were obviously not happy to help. The Chinese restaurant was very nice.
Entering the hotel from the garage you walk through the casino (think this is true for most strip hotels). Finally reached the counter and mobile check in was closed and the line was long! It was late but it's Vegas.
Shark reef was pretty cool... Got to touch sting rays...
Love this place for special events. They are organized. Easy access and good crowd control
Very clean (including bathrooms) and well organized for the convention that I attended
The aquatic creatures aren't the biggest but that's fine. A world famous gem of Las Vegas. A family with kid's on budget, it's a great value.
We enjoyed our stay rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was great. We can't wait to go back there again. Even with all that has happened there the place was still full of people and very high in security now. Enjoyed it.
Great place. Staff is very professional and polite. Room's are nice and cozy not too big not too small and very clean. Food at the buffet was amazing. The only thing i would say negative about it is you gotta walk long distances to get to the food court parking etc etc. Highly recommend though!
Just be careful of mask police at the pool. None of the rules make sense
Excellent room. What is "resort tax???" They have a pool area where you cannot get a sunbed at after 10.30am!!! Getting money for nothing
Very nice hotel. Accommodations were good, room was clean. The only real complaint i would have would have been the early or mobile check in. Didnt end up helping at all, actually seemed to take longer than if i hadnt used it. Overall very good, will visit again
Huge! A lot of fun. Friendly helpful staff. Made sure you were having a good time. Didn't feel any pressure to spend money you didn't want to spend. But you'll want to spend, lol.
I was disappointed ! The room was dusty stink the TV didn't work and they took 2 hrs for the maintenance to fix. My family stayed in the room next to ours and her bathroom shower did not work and it was dusty . We came to celebrate Vday day and this was disappointing.
Went to the pool club here during the day. It was a chill and fun atmosphere, only downside was there wasn't really any shade if you didn't pay for a Cabana.
Five star casino. There's even a fragrance in the air. Like a hint of flowers. Beautiful place!
Considering the money I spent, I had a somewhat crummy visit at the Delano side of Mandalay.
Do not disturb means DO NOT DISTURB!! It's a pretty easy concept....
No, I don't want clean towels at 8am, I hit up the liquor store, so the mini-bar doesn't need to be restocked at 9am, and for God's sake, don't call my room at 7am and ask if your maintenance guy can come check the water temperature.... Yeah, that happened.
Also the automated system for late check-out on the TV is pretty useless if you call me 5 minutes later to make sure I meant to request a late check-out. I can read. I did it on purpose. Take my $50 late check-out fee and be quiet.
2 stars despite nice suite with a spectacular bathtub and really good food. Would have been 3 stars if I had been comped even a free meal or something after voicing my complaints at check-out.... I mean, it's Vegas!!! Don't call me at 7am unless there's a fire!!!
The shark experience is terrific! They have invested quite a bit of money developing the tanks and walk-thru tubes that give you amazing views of the bottoms of the sharks. It is all beautifully done and very interesting. They even have a tank with rays that you can pet. This is my favorite non-gambling attraction in Las Vegas!
Beautiful Hotel. My favorite part of this hotel are all the pools they have. WILL definitely be staying here again
Great property, but this hotel has really started to nickel and dime their guests. Ive been coming to vegas and staying with mgm hotels several times a year for 10 years and I have never seen a hotel charge $10 for in room coffee. Everything seems to have a price increase, including the resort fees which really dont cover much. Mandalay Bay is a beautiful property but ill be glad when more non-mgm properties open up on the strip so I can get some new experiences. The check in process was quick and easy though, even with a long line.
At the end of the strip. It's what you'd expect from a 5 star resort and casino.
Attended event at the -5 bar. Hotel and casino were impeccable, as was the bar. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Will come back many more times.
this place is one of the best conventions halls in town. they are know for being one of the the few large convention halls to run the air conditioner in the hot summer months!
It's a beautiful casino but why they expect you to pay 5.00 for a cup of coffee in your room chaps my butt. FYI, take your own cup and k-cups. Oh, and if you care at all about that "chapped butt" take a roll of 2-ply.
I definitely had a great experience here. Food, business service, night life, shopping were all breathtaking.
