Service was performed effectively and as scheduled.

Donnie Lowe, and everyone at Manchester Motors Co is so customer service oriented, I felt like I was the only person trying to purchase a vehicle. All other dealerships I had been previously treated me like another sale coming through the door. Donnie Lowe sat with me and answered any questions, listened to stories he did not need to, and watched me cry over leaving behind my old Jeep, that I had for 15 years and UNDERSTOOD. I only wish that I had started my search there!! So thrilled in my new to me Jeep Renegade- I know that the deal I received is only due to their desire to do their very best to help me get what I wanted within the range I was able to afford!

Great experience. I laid out my expectations, which I honestly thought were somewhat unrealistic. Salesman Howard Insley and the amazing sales manager made every effort to meet my number. We were able to settle on a mutually beneficial deal and I left with the vehicle I wanted. The entire staff was down to earth, realistic, and made me very comfortable. No pressure and not pushy at all. Highly recommended.

Update: Vehicle battery died during the first week. I took it back for service. Howard personally escorted me to the service center on his day off. Perry Reichlyn at the service center determined the battery was bad, replaced it at no charge, and had me on the way home within a half hour. Love these guys.

My Dad and I were looking online for another truck,and these guys responded lightning fast! Howard Insley, contacted us right away. Upon arriving,we were greeted by "Howie", who showed us exactly what we were looking for,and within the hour were driving home in a 2015 Tacoma! This guy knows his stuff and I'd highly recommend paying this place (and Howard) a visit for your next vehicle purchase. Two thumbs up for fast, friendly service and a clean, incredible truck!!!

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Manchester Motors, but I highly doubt it will be the last. Everyone we interacted with; Jason in service, Donnie, Charles, and Gerald in sales, seemed really honest and didn t give us a bunch of the lines and gimmicks often associated with car buying. The first offer we got on our trade was over double what we were offered from two larger dealerships and they worked with us from there to get to a price that fit our budget. If you re in the market for a preowned vehicle, definitely give Manchester a chance to earn your business. They definitely earned ours.

My Salesman , Howard , was a great guy! Best salesman I ve talked to. The atmosphere of the place is friendly. They take care of their customers extremely well. Been to other dealerships and can say that none of them have been as good as Manchester Motors. Great selection of cars , well maintained , good prices. 10/10.

They do a great job and they get your vehicle in and out. Fair and honest! Perry is wonderful to work with.

My experience with Manchester Motors has been great. I am only sorry they are an hour s drive from my home... otherwise I would take my car to their service center for all my auto service. Gerald and Perry have been the greatest. Thanks for a great ride!
