Purchased a car from this car dealership. An indication delivery date agreed but unfortunately received the message that it will arrive 14 weeks later. I have already submitted a callback request twice, but this is simply not being responded to. I have sent an e-mail that will only be responded to days later. It is even so far that I am working on another car so that I can cancel it at this company. All in all very unfortunate and a waste of time lost.

Came for a test drive. That was the only positive thing about my day. The ride. Unfriendly and distant staff. Not interested in the customer. Don't ask for anything, don't offer anything to drink and the price is the price. I think car salesman said 5 sentences. I don't call that SELLING ... Never come here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

don't ask me how I got to the website of m. de Koning, because I don't remember that .... But as soon as I came to the site, a chat appeared asking if I could be helped. That was last Monday. I all asked questions, because I was looking for a lease car. And how well I was helped by Michael van Houten ... !!! The delivery time for the Volkswagen Polo was 11 weeks, but I needed a car before January 27. Then I got the response: come to the showroom and if there is a car you want, we can arrange it. And exactly that one beautiful Volkswagen Polo was available! All answers, tips and reactions from Michael were so nice and hospitable. Really compliments to him and everyone else who works in this case, because what a nice atmosphere you give off!
when everything was arranged with the signing of the contract, the question naturally arose when I could pick up my beautiful car. as a joke I said: oeeh can already Saturday ????? (that was 2 days later). Michael first said that maybe it was too short a day ... but then he came back with the words: What do you think of Saturday? You couldn't get me happier.
Together with Emiel, if I have the name right, it was ensured that I had the car at my disposal within 1 week. Personally I was very sorry that Michael was not there on the day I came to get my car .... Fortunately he gets a nice message from me for all the good care. And also: when I came to get the car I was again so much fun and also funny helped by Emiel.

Unfriendly sales staff at the Capelle location. When I asked about an occasion I got the answer: "it is downstairs" without any interest. Once I had seen the car I was interested in a test drive, but "they don't do this in the afternoon but I could schedule an appointment for next week in the morning". It was 2:30 PM and the store closes at 5:00 PM? Fine, if you don't want to sell a car, you don't have to. At other Volkswagen dealers you have much friendlier staff. In any case, I don't buy a car here.
Nice cars for sale (our car comes from the Koning Krimpen a d IJssel) but unfriendly staff in Capelle. Just look at tire pressure while you as a health care worker have to go to work, they let you wait quietly. While it is quiet. Fine then go to another.

After that last year at a turn extra work had been carried out without consultation and the bill was therefore about 60% higher than agreed last week, my polo brought back for a turn.
I was looking for another garage myself, but my wife still thought I should try it once.
Appointment was a big turn and rental car but later I canceled the rental car because my neighbor brought me.
Upon issuing the car notice that the turn would cost around 650 euros instead of 330 euros because filters and spark plugs had to be replaced was the advice.
My car just 4 years old and 35000 km driven I have also partly on advice neighbor the spark plugs not replaced, but the filters what came to 45 euros.When retrieving I asked how they came to 300 euros for 4 spark plugs while importer says extra work of 130 euros?
They did not know the answer either, as was agreed when making an appointment, nothing was agreed.
They didn't know it either, very sloppy and luckily this time my neighbor witnessed it.
If you are not alert, they will earn a lot from you, missed opportunity.

Last Friday I had problems with my windshield wiper blades. I called on the way and with De Koning I immediately drove to the garage.
When I entered the parking lot Evert Hummelman came out with the windshield wipers and immediately replaced them a pit stop great! Top garage!
