I moved to Manchester after 29 years away and waited a year on the waiting list for a space at pollards yard ...
WOW was it worth the wait the rent was the best I could find and the facilities was brilliant I spent just one and a half years at pollards yard,
This allowed my the time I needed to grow my business I outgrew my space with the help of meanwhile creative there focus is on small business and they do that very well safe secure space and a amazing community.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a vibrant happy place to work surrounded with likeminded people who want to get along it may be short term it may be permanent but I can tell you without a doubt I would stand on the fact that this is one of the best creative spaces community s in Manchester.
The day I left was a sad day but I ve made a ton of Mates along the way

Love the community here! Meanwhile Creative are really supportive and helpful too.

I liked the quirkiness of this place. Lots and lots of different types of businesses (yoga, web designer, nails and beauty, musicians etc), not at all what I expected but I want disappointed. Parking spaces are very limited but it's definitely worth a visit.

I've found the staff members incredibly rude. Answering the phone and putting it straight back down. Then when I rang back. Abruptly told they are busy. If you want to enquire. Use the email provided. Hardly a warming welcome to potential vendors. Shocking!!!

A great little business made from shipping containers, my son has drumming lessons here and the yard has a real bohemian community vibe to it, even for the middle of Ancoats.
