Gem Care is great! By far the best HMO I've ever had. Beats blue shield, Aetna, Kaiser and blue cross by leaps and bounds. It's nice to actually get treated for my ailments instead of getting the run around.
Customer service is great. Authorizations sometimes get lost in transit and take awhile to be processed.
Was great when it was Gemcare...not so great since dignity health took over..even though they swear nothing changed everything has changed.....so sad!!
