Really good food and very friendly service. I got pizza. It was really good pizza with thin crust and good toppings. They were late to serve one of the items I ordered. They said it never happens, but because it happened this time they offered a free cookie.

The sandwiches here are really good. It's a small place with some seating. There's always a line at lunchtime but it moves quickly.
The Tony Soprano sandwich is enormous and comes with extra toppings. I also like the Italian All The Way which has a little bit of spice to it. Also enjoyed the meatball for the no-veggie experience.
Fill your soul with the friendly service and your stomach with the awesome food. I eat here almost every day and love it. Service is always fast - even when things get busy they put on extra staff to get you on your way quickly.

I just recently began going to Mambella's, and I have to say the staff, food, and service consistently exceed my expectations. The food is fresh, delicious, and best yet, healthy. A hidden gem in KW that I highly recommend.. will go back over and over again.
I started working in this area about a year ago - Mambella's is hands down the best "walking distance" lunch option. Great fast and friendly service, even when they're super busy. Good set menu (my favourite is the bada-bing wing wrap) or great build-your-own options - something for everyone!
I would recommend this place. Good food, quality and service. Only reason is not 4 star is due to consistency. I normally order the same thing (Large Paul Pulled Pork) 3 out of 10 times I get a different bread and smaller portion and makes me wonder if I should have order the Regular one instead of large. Maybe it was due to new staff.

Ordered cateting & delivery for 18 people 3 days in a row this week. Sandwiches on Monday, chicken fajitas on Tuesday, and lasagna on Wednesday were all a huge hit! Everyone was telling me "excellent choice!" all week. They also accommodated special requests for a vegetarian meal and a dairy free meal each day with no issues, right down to special salad dressing and fruit for our dairy-free guest.
And the cookie tray- OH MY GOD. If you're reading this - try the damn cookies. Worth every penny!!

Perfect stop for lunchtime sandwiches and soup. If you are working in R&T park this is one of the few places within walking distance.
The food here is delicious with decent proportions. The panini's are my favourite because of their rich and vibrant flavours.

My colleague and I found this place by luck. Ordered the Pasta combo( lasagne, two meat balls and pasta on the side), the tomato sauce was right on point. We have already recommended to our team whenever they are in the area.

Not really sure what the fuss is about this place. I've been here 3-4 times now and gotten a few different sandwiches, but have yet to be impressed. The sandwiches are alright, but really aren't anything special and not really worth the price imo. Sad to say, but the quality is about on par with subway for less food and more money.

I went there for lunch twice while in the area and couldn t believe the selection of sandwiches and paninis. The Cousin Vinnie is the best sandwich I ve had in years.

Such a cute restaurant that offers a variety of food. My boyfriend and I went to grab some pizza since we were craving it. A pleasant surprise that the toppings were all fresh and it was the one of the things we loved. Parking is easy in the area as there's a designated location, and there is a little paper where we can write our order so it was very convenient. Next time going to request for a little more toppings and a bit well done for our pizza for a bit more crunch. It's a cute place and it does get busy!! Looking forward to coming here again :)

Sketchy bathroom and stairs going down to it but the food is great and they have a nice ordering system.
My boyfriend and I tried the Dirty Mac & Cheese. It was AMAZING. The pulled pork in it tied the whole dish together. Such an easy meal to make as we both worked late and just threw it in the oven after letting it thaw in the fridge. I 10/10 recommend. Tina is always finding new ways to please her customers.

Glad this location stayed where it is after all these years! I have worked in the tech block just behind Mambella's for a very long time and it's great to be able to walk over for a healthy lunch. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It's certainly quality or quantity. Salads and sandwiches/wraps are made with fresh, non-processed (or minimally processed) ingredients. If I forget to bring my lunch, this is the place I hit up. Better than Tim's anyday - but that's not hard these days. Oh, and their cookies and desserts are made in house and taste amazing (helped me survive my pregnancy). Thanks Mambella's!!!
Both the flavor and the value were a little underwhelming, but the two women working there were super pleasant. My potato soup had undercooked potatos and was disappointingly small. My lasagna was ok in size, but the flavor was a bit boring.
Wow! I have only worked with Mambella's for a short time however I can say that they have gone above and beyond. Fantastic interactions from start to finish. I am working closely with them to provide weekly catered lunches for my company and they strive to meet our needs, including multiple dietary restrictions, within budget. I was even delivered a free lunch to my office as a "sample"! This type of service is rare and should be recognized. Thanks again!

Small portions, high prices. Have been three times - 3rd strike was Chicken cutlet on my sandwich was over cooked so badly that it was hard all the way through. Spoke to manager and she checked all other chicken and it was the same way. Gets an extra star for manager attempting to make it right. Was appreciated but at that point I was done with the food.
Normally I like this place. The Twisted Turkey sandwich is really good, as is the various pastas and the Mafia Meatball. This time I tried the Godfather sandwich and was very disappointed. The bun was nice and the meat was cooked nicely with nice breading. However, there was far too little tomato sauce, making it overall pretty bland and dry. Also, the green peppers (of which there were not many) seemed almost raw, which just isn't right. I suppose I will return at some point, but I won't hurry back, and I'll stick to what I know is good.
Initially it seemed so promising and adorable with the stickers but just a bunch of fried vegetables inside. The mushrooms were good but this isn t a vegan meal. Even rice or something with it would have been nice but that wasn t included. I guess the wraps aren t vegan which is what the rest of our team received. Was expecting something with sweet potato as well from the conversation in advance but it seemed like not much thought went into the actual food unfortunately. Wouldn t pay for this and could just make this at home.

Ordering can be confusing. Good sandwiches. Little expansive.
I ordered ahead online so my food would be ready for lunch and I called to confirm. I have a shorter lunch so I don't have much time to wait for the food to be prepared. But when I got there, they forgot to make half my order and told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I just got the panini they remembered and told them not to worry about the other half of it. But, when I got my panini, it was cold. It was good otherwise, just cold and a bit dry.
Great people serving great food. Do yourself a favour and get over there for some lunch.

I also attended the Chamber of Commerce event. I really enjoyed the sweet potato lasagna, which is a "Gluten-Free Friendly" option.It's great to find a restaurant that can accommodate people who need to avoid gluten, and the staff was really nice about this. The coffee was really good, too. I'll definitely be returning!
Italian cuisine, not very good for relaxed dining due to less and cramped seating arrangements hence good for takeouts.

Ordered the BLT panini. I d stretch to call this either a panini or a BLT. That sad inch of bacon in the photo is one of four sad bits on the sandwich. The turkey advertised as smoked turkey is processed deli meat, two thin slices, and the panini is barely warm or toasted and is falling apart. Seriously disappointed in my lunch. Definitely won t be back.
