Cold buffet and small selection of dishes. Restaurant is not to bad inside.

Recently refurbished. The ambiance is amazing with great choice of menu list. Seafood Platter or mixed meat platter is a must try for anyone visiting

Arrived around 3pm Sunday afternoon, to encounter this place serving buffet.
We were given some plates, but no introduction as to what food was on offer, where the cutlery was kept and the fact that the other food near the counter was not part of the buffet.



I was told that the food quality was much better when the previous owner was around and running things and that it has gone down hill ever since. I only became aware of this fact when chatting with a fellow Nigerian, who shared my sentiments, and let me in on the history of the place.

I've only used once, for takeaway food. You need to know Nigerian food. What I bought was HOT!

Food was okay. Service is similar to a cafeteria, not like a restaurant. Very quiet place, we were the only customers on a Friday evening.

Decent. Good venue but could be so much more. The food is good, all your favourite Nigerian favourites provided. If I wanted to host a dinner/party I'd go elsewhere as there are better options. key points for improvement

- Atmosphere - Aside from a TV in the corner there's nothing else.
- Menu's (they had no menu's when I arrived, staff were helpful but this was poor)
- Think bigger - the venue is a decent size but under utilised. Is there potential for live music? This could be massive.

Food is good but the staff need to up their game a bit.

I worked as a chef for 3days. Promised to pay me when it came to payment one excuse after another by one of managers called melissa. She told me to send her invoice since middle December 2017. I sent her several invoices run my own company to fake email address provided it keeps bouncing back. She even promised to pay me by Thursday 4th January 2018. It is now Saturday 6th January 2018 still hasn't paid me. I would not recommend anyone to work or eat from mama cass. It is meant to be Nigerian restaurant yet chef is romania, food is never seasoned properly after cooking they season it again and warm it up in microwave food that was cooked days or weeks ago served to customers. I served customers several times where their services were terrible I had to leave kitchen as a chef to serve customers who was not treated right. There has been several management, chefs and waiters and waitresses who have left because of lack of payment and bad management.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MAMA CASS SERVICES PLUS THEIR WAITING TIME IS TERRIBLE, WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Service is not great. Toilets where not available. Food was not great and a bit pricey. Chicken stew was extremely oily and jalloff dry lacking flavour. Had much better

What s the point of stopping snacks during kids holidays. Seems the owners don t care about the restaurant. Take heed or risk losing good customers.

I m not usually a fan of jollof rice but mamacass does the best rice, everything is just perfect about it... please open up more stores outside of London!!!

I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant being a Nigerian myself but for some reason it just wasn't Mama Cass's day. I went with two of my friends and all of our orders came out wrong. One of us didn't even get our food and had to go without eating anything in the end because her order was completely messed up. The food was okay. I don't think I'll be going back.

I was in love with the Mama Cass restaurant ion Nigeria but I have now been here a few times and the quality of food has dropped and their food is just near average. But personally I have eaten better and won t be visiting them again.

Good food and a wide range of soups at an affordable rate.

Very tasty African / Nigerian food, at reasonable prices.
