Where to start from, I gave them more than one opportunity to fix their problems and issues they put the burden on the customer. First I asked for container to be shipped from the U.S. to Jordan they did not handle it right and when they messed up they try to put the blame on me. They never verify cargo, weight, time or documents. They throw at you any number just to get the deal going. As well I had something shipped from Jordan to the U.S. The wrong airway bill was put on the invoice and I try to get it corrected from the U.S. and could not when I call Maltrans they said no you already received it when it was already held up at customs in the U.S. They can't do nothing because it says it was received but I never received it in my hand. They put the blame on everyone else and not themselves and never correct any of the problems. Even if being the reason Customs held it up because the documents were Incorrect and the air waybill invoice was the wrong one. Do yourself a favor find any other company but do not deal with them, time and money I spent I could have picked another company that was a little bit more expensive but no headaches.

We paid quite a lot to get cat shipped. The company asked us to transport the cat to the airport, but also to pick up and drop off the guy who worked at the office....! Not good.

Then we waited four hours because of a problem completely unrelated to us, and then give the guy a lift back.

Not a bad service, but not a reasonable price for the amateurish, informal, ad-hoc nature of the whole thing.
