After standing at the recieving office window for 10 minutes while 3 people stare at you and talk amongst themselves, I dont think the greeting they finally give you is very professional..." YEA, WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" Obviously I'm a driver, obviously I was sent here to try and conduct my side of a business agreement. Apparently they hire high school stoner dropouts.

Slow moving when they want to. Last truck was in and out in 10 minutes or so. Been waiting over an hour to remove 8 rolls of paper backed into the door. Unsatisfactory. Friendly people and a place to shut down after burning up clock waiting for unload. Would be a 1 if not for being able to take 10. Not coming back list adds another.

Arrived 1 hour early 8 pm appointment. Didn't have delivery number at check in so that was my company fault. I was told they are on strict appointment. So at 8pm arrive to the receiving as instructed, only to discover there was another truck already in the dock that has been there for the past hour or so and they haven't even started unloading. Also I sat on the step in the 15 degree cold for 15 minutes ringing the bell before someone finally decided to come to the door.

Their check in and unloading process for rollstock is laughable.
The receiver sent me to the east dock, then the unloader ignored me for 15 minutes while I stood at the door and rang the bell as instructed. He finally told me that he had gone to lunch.
After about 20 more minutes had elapsed, I went back to the door and waited patiently. The unloader walked to the dock door, acted clueless, and asked me what I wanted.
Well, I'm standing next to a trailer, which is backed up to the dock, and I'm holding shipping papers, what did he think I was there for?
I don't know if he's rude, purposefully obtuse, or truly clueless, but he's painfully slow at unloading.
