Not sure if their hours listed are correct. I arrived 15 minutes after 7 and the doors were locked but there were workers inside getting set up. They motion to give them a minute so I waited 10 minutes still no sign of them opening soon so I left. Maybe it was just a slow morning.
As a certified repair center for DBI Sala and Miller products here in the Portland metro area one would believe Mallory would have top customer service. After having experienced just the opposite, we can only give a one star review for honesty. We have waited for over five weeks on a repair service only to be told that the needed parts for repair have never been ordered. The bottom line, Mallory is more interested in selling new equipment rather than servicing the equipment they have already sold. This large service company forgets, loses, and shuffles repair services and is a prime example why small business services always out perform these large corporations!
