These people are awesome!! My experience with them were nothing short of amazing. I talked to them about a contract I have for a property i own and instead of taking my money they let me know that the lawyer fee will be too much for the contract I am under, they also gave me a lot of valuable solutions.. My experience thus far is not 100% satisfactory. There seems to be a bit of a communication gap. We are still early in the process and I am hopeful that this will change before March 15 enabling SIMS, LLC to proceed with closing.

I received an initial consultation from Mr. Mallory. He was very professional, listened closely, scoured my documentation, and asked for details as needed. It is clear he knows his practice, and the law, very thoroughly. He was honest about which direction I should (or should not) take and what wold be most beneficial considering my circumstances as a whole. I appreciated his direct and thoughtful approach. RUN- DO NOT USE - in my opinion, I feel scammed- keep searching-
I was 9 months pregnant getting sued and came to this office seeking help. He was kind and understanding. The quote given was 1500 to get through to the second part of my case he said (which we have yet to see) Mallory showed up to court for a two hour wait just for a dismissal on the plaintiff s behalf. I gave birth that day. Two weeks later I get an invoice for close to a thousand dollars. He accepted an hour phone call (charged) without consent with the plaintiff, wrote a letter parroting our collected info to plaintiff and spent 45 mins in preparation (we had already done the foot work for him-) 3000 dollars later we dropped him. He literally did nothing but take my money. RUN He saw one court room- just standing- a phone call, and a letter is 3000 dollars
The staff is unprofessional and incompetent at best! His staff forgot emails for signatures, couldn t find paperwork to sign after just handling documents! I asked repeatedly for the invoice to be broken down minute to minute what he was doing and I never received anything but invoices

SINCE I WAS MAGICALLY UNABLE TO RESPOND TO OWNER RESPONSE I ll edit my post to respond to owner here- the reason why the work was not properly listed here in my review is because YOU NEVER GAVE ME A BREAKDOWN OF WORK AFTER MONTHS OF REQUESTS OF BREAKDOWN OF WORK - A BIG PART OF THIS REVIEW!?!?!??!!!!??!? THAT I CAN HAPPILY POST HERE OF INCOMPETENT, LACKLUSTER , VAGUE EMAILS OR FAILED EMAILS FROM STAFF! (since I never recorded the many phone calls!!) MONTHS LATER AFTER A GOOGLE REVIEW YOU DEEMED IT WORTHY OF YOUR ATTENTION?!? Kinda proving my point here .... IF YOU WOULD LIKE- WE CAN GO FACT TO FACT ON GOOGLE if that s you re preferred method !! (Not shocked/unprofessionalism continues) Your office only demanded money without result.... OF ANY KIND...
again- this attorney showed his face for two hours for a DISMISSAL ON THE PLAINTIFFS BAHALF, charged me for a 45 minute phone call without approval, a letter in response to the lawsuit- you know- their job?? and ... THATS IT - to my knowledge because that s all I was given- to this DAY!! $3000 later btw a 1/3 of the actual lawsuit

Unless you re a law student that doesn t know the law and needs to be paid to read up property law?? I don t understand the charges BECAUSE I WASNT GIVEN A BREAKDOWN AT ALL AFTER MANY MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS- just vague bullets on the many bills.

Response to owner: since you failed my family on all fronts, lack of communication, staff competency, failure of contact for charges, falsifying potential costs and zero layout of case Without result- I feel it s my duty to the community to share my experience to prevent anyone experiencing the horrific treatment I received from your office!!!! You claim you re fixing the staff issues but I ve yet to be contacted about my returned documents in your possession, I hear nothing of a refund of any kind after publicly admitting staff incompetence.... I ll be sharing my experience to anyone, all platforms and anyone else that will listen. In my personal opinion- I feel I was scammed!!

Mr. Mallory is extremely efficient and friendly. He gives you his undivided attention and doesn t rush meetings. He always answers emails in a reasonable time and returns phone calls the same day. Awesome experience with the firm. Thanks again for all the awesome work.
My interaction with the staff on the phone, before and after my appointment was smooth, I couldn't ask for better service. Attorney Buck was keen, thorough and covered all ground in such a short time. Next steps were laid out clearly and the office staff was prompt in following up too. Glad to have this firm representing us.
