Do not adhere to / forget about appointments, and are difficult to get hold of. After three years with a re-growth system, unfortunately I have only bad to say about this company. The quality of the products I could probably live with despite not being the best, if not because the service is miserable / non-existent. Be prepared for everything to be in writing for you to be safe. It seems the least to the fact that the service / repair manager is really tired of his work, and does not speak very well to the customers.

Buy and assemble a lot of Genvex products for my customers. The plants are of very high quality and their service is really good, always available and great knowledge about their products. Unfortunately, there has been a period where they were under staffed in their support, but this has been resolved now that they have employed several technicians to help and guide us who buy their plant.

Miserable experience. Complaints on their plant, they send out a technician who is extremely unruly and not at all helpful. They say there is no fault, but get the system fixed so that the alarm from the system disappears. We still get a bill - stay away.

A star and that is only because one must not fail to that given someone. Zero stars, is the right review.
Has for almost 7 years had a system that has never worked optimally.
For the last 7 months we have had to heat our house with electric heating, as our expensively purchased ground heating has not worked.
During this period, Genvex has not responded to emails or otherwise been reachable.
