An exceptional hotel with beautiful grounds and a lovely new spa. The hotel has very good facilities for business events, attentive staff and mouth-watering food and drink.

Was only there for a function, but the hotel looked great from the outside, and nice on the inside. Food provided was nice and catered for all tastes. Staff were polite and friendly.

Hotel and rooms were gorgeous. Good read very nice but portions all too small. The biggest problem though was the room temperature. I had 10+ staff stay there with me and most had a lot of trouble sleeping due to this. Will come back but only in the winter (for a nice romantic break rather than a corporate visit).

I stayed here as part of an overnight hen do, the staff where very friendly and helpful and the spa facilities were fantastic. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you could need for the night.

Hotel is lovely BUT... The restaurant was awful. Service was terrible and the food in general was average with one dish being forgotten, one with fish gone bad and actually made one party member sick. Staff didn't really seem to care. Shame really as such a nice location.

A lovely hotel worth the luxury "country house experience". On a hot summer weekend the air conditioning of the Orchard House was welcome but it is modern and lacks the charm of the manor house. We didn't try the pool although it was open during the pandemic but the nail bar was popular.
Dining on the terrace was nice and a picnic lunch was available on the lawn complete with blanket, cushions, basket and all the accoutrements.
The service let down the overall weekend. Food requests were forgotten, things were missing from the room. Maybe the staff were new for the re-opening but they seemed a little disorganized.
We expected a decent dinner menu but all that was available was a snack style menu or a tasting menu. Some thing in between would have been good given the price of the weekend. Maybe the Pandemic was to blame?

A very very relaxing spa afternoon. Just what my wife needed after the London Marathon. On a Monday afternoon it was quiet and the outdoor Jacuzzi was AMAZING.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Loved it, room was gorgeous not particularly big but with wonderful original windows, food was excellent not that expensive for the standard, breakfast was of good standard and no extra charge for having it in the room Lovely place to stay with gardens worth visiting alone

Recently held a 'celebration for life' event at Mallory court with family also staying at the hotel. 1st class service and excellent staff. Very flexible in catering to our needs. Would highly recommend the Mallory Count Country House Hotel. Just go for the experience!

First trip to Mallory court as a surprise to celebrate my 30th birthday. A fantastic experience. Staff are so attentive, professional and friendly. A cosy setting to sit and talk before and after dinner. The restaurant is incredible with brilliant service, excellent food and a top experience. One I certainly will not forget!

Excellent country house hotel. Beautiful building set in lovely gardens. Great tasting menu and a Terrace menu when you know you have over indulged. Lots of food items out of the garden. Very nice room with a really comfortable bed. Coping well with Covid restrictions. Very nice staff.

We simply love this place. We've been coming here for years both for work and private functions...and we're getting married here this year! The staff, food and accommodation are excellent. Highly recommend the afternoon tea!

Nice grounds but make sure you arrive early to find a car parking space!

Beautiful setting, huge comfortable rooms with complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee and snacks. A bed like sleeping on a cloud! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The real 5* element of this spa is the interior; the keyless lockers, showers and changing rooms, pool area and treatment rooms are to an exceptional standard. The ESPA treatments themselves are the same as other locations and therefore a little overpriced.

Beautiful Hotel and grounds. Afternoon tea was lovely, nice selection of sandwiches (accommodated my need for sourdough bread happily), very nice carrot cake, macaroons, scones and champagne etc

Fantastic venue in an idyllically typical country setting with Warwick Castle, Stratford Upon Avon and Royal Leamington Spa just around d the corner. Very courteous and professional staff attending to every requirement. Definitely recommend for business ventures or a weekend getaway with the new Spa being installed to facilitate leisure guests.

Pretty awesome dinner there given that it was a vegan request as well!

Great service and well - prepared and presented food

My wife and I had an amazing time when we were here for her birthday. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The grounds were green with a lovely Orchard. There is plenty of parking spaces around the property. We stayed in the Spa building which is more chilled out side of the hotel. The rooms are big with a big bathtub. The facilities are excellent which included a Steam room, Sauna, Outdoor Hot Tub and a decent size pool with jets and cannons. The food was great and they had some good wines. We had 2 treatments done, the Rasul and the Full body massage at Elan Spa. Both were fantastic and really relaxing. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a break from the busy city life.

Quaint spa retreat in a reasonable location not too far from Leamington. Nice outdoor pool and sauna, awesome massages and epic breakfast. Great surroundings and tranquil garden.

The hotel, house and grounds are beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very welcoming and professional and the setting is very refined. The food was lovely, we went for lunch and had three courses for a reasonable price, even compared to the usual chain restaurants. Overall an excellent experience.

Garden event today at this hotel. I got one cup of coffee and one tiny canape which was disgusting for my 10 pounds. The advert said "canapes" as in more than one. Very disappointing. Is this the best you can do?

Rooms for training are great, but a little cold/hot.
Food is good but dietry requirements are a bit difficult.

Went for the 7 course dining experience and found it to be quite simply fantastic! The food was incredible and the staff were superb!

The service at the spa was amazing! I was late due to traffic and they could rearrange my treatment, the staff are so friendly in the cafe, reception and Laura in the spa. Food very good too. Lovely touch in that they noticed my birthday! Highly recommended! Xx

Lovely building, great service, massive comfy bed and wonderful food. Could probably do with upgrading the heating as it was a bit chilly in the room with the electric heaters.

Lovely room with a beautiful view of the garden and the staff were extremely accomodating. We upgraded our stay with a meal to a tasting menu with a flight of wine and they catered for all our dietary requirements, no trouble, and the food and service was excellent. Michelin star quality no question.

We had some treatments on check-in day but only one of us had a treatment on check-out day, after checkout, and because we'd stayed over and had treatments the previous day, they allowed myself to use the spa even though I was having no treatment on that day.

Absolutely stunning and amusing location and place! The views are amazing, gardens are breathtaking beautiful! Food was exceptional and service couldn't be better! I would highly
recommend it for a break to anyone who really wants to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit.

Very expensive drinks and poor food quality I was very disappointed and would not recommend using this venue to friends.

We stayed at Mallory Court last weekend for the 3rd time in 3 years. It is still up to its usual high standard. We had a lovely spacious room and had all we wanted plus some nice extras like fresh milk and soft drinks in the fridge and little pots of dried fruit and nuts. Lots of choices at breakfast and a superb meal in the evening. The staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Sorry to read that some people were disappointed with their visits but we can't fault Mallory and will definitely return for another break soon.

A beautiful hotel abd surrounding grounds i would highly recommend this place; and the wedding I attended was awesome.

Staff and especially receptionists absolutely lovely and so welcoming. Coffee and drinks overpriced to be honest. Cobwebs on windows in room. Breakfast not really hot enough and forgot the toast which kinda didn't help.

Nevertheless the staff and receptionists helped make it a lovely night. Very grateful to them.

I visited here for a works meal to celebrate working for a particular company for over 10 years. Very sophisticated and well organised. Beautiful food and surroundings, I deffinately recommend
