Such a lovely hotel and spa, beautiful rooms and the grounds are very pretty.
All staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive including the reception, breakfast, bar and spa teams. Breakfast was gorgeous.
Special thanks to Natasha who made our stay very special and the treatments from Charlie and Laura were wonderful. Highly recommend as the hotel has great attention to detail and got us in the Christmas spirit with the beautiful decorations.

Nice hotel with good facilities and restaurant. However they really need to do something about the air conditioning in the rooms at night which is switched off and can lead to an uncomfortable evening particularly in summer.

Travelled down from a Scotland to spend time with family. My sister and brother in law took me and my husband to your wonderful brasserie for a meal last night to celebrate my birthday. The meal was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and the whole evening was a very nice experience. Thank you very much.

5 star setting 3 star experience

5 star setting 3 star experience

Recently visited for afternoon tea. Not the greatest first impression waiting at the courtyard entrance for about 2 minutes following social distancing guidelines notice at entrance. Finally greeted by a lovely member of staff who showed us to the table which overlooked the garden.

On ordering our drinks and a few moments later, the waiter returned with 2 mini bottles of prosecco which can only be described as something you would receive on an aeroplane. The staff apologised and stated they had run out of prosecco.due to an increased demand over the bank holiday and we could have the last 2 mini bottles in the hotel at a reduced price. (Which we were later over charged for)

On receiving a beautiful assortment of sandwiches and cakes we noticed one of the champagne flutes already had a beautiful shade of pink lipstick around the edge of the glass. Again a suitable apology from the staff and a speedy response to replace the glass.

We enjoyed a lovely glass of wine in the gardens which I must say are breathtaking but some tables on the lower garden had not been cleaned and face masks strewn on the lawn. Not necessarily the fault of the staf but would expect tables to be wiped down and attended to in the current climate .

When the time came to pay the bill my partner was overcharged for the drinks. An easy oversight and these things happen but the way the receptionist responded when told, it was as though she did not believe the prosecco had been reduced as it was the last 2 mini bottles in the hotel

So in summary beautiful setting, hotel is a little tired in places and some good and not so good service. Missed the finer details.

For the price you pay I would have expected a better overall experience..

Perfect place if you want to get out of the city life for some quality time. Best part were the rose gardens and the lush greenery around. Would highly recommend for family vacation. Ample parking space.

Booked a Prenatal spa weekend for the missus, from check in to check out this place was 100% on the ball, lovely people working there, amazing surroundings, building & room. Outstanding service throughout.

I did my research on weekend spa breaks and this was the best with none stop great reviews. Definitely going again.

We also had 55 min treatment each in the twin room 5*. And stayed the the spa, Orchard House.

Our experience of Mallory Court hotel was brilliant! We booked afternoon tea in the morning for later that day, and they were still able to cater for our rather difficult dietary requirements (a vegetarian and a vegan). The selection of cakes and sandwiches was still excellent, and everything tasted great. Staff were also very helpful and polite, making us feel very welcome.

We attend Mallory Court a few times a year for internal meetings, and it's always very pleasant. Nicely situated, quiet, spacious. The food is decent, and the place is always very clean and tidy. Staff are a credit to the company - always attentive, pleasant, and happy to help. Also plenty of parking space!

We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting friends. A lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. Huge bonus that it is dog friendly.

We had our own small room for breakfast which overlooked beautiful gardens.

We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Attended Xmas lunch at The Brasserie, not for the first time. Food and service were good and the whole event was enjoyable and the pace was relaxed. The price is a bit steep but otherwise recommend it. There was a good vegetarian option.

I visited Mallory Court for a night yesterday with my husband to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary. It was lovely, very relaxing. Our room was beautiful, quiet and well kept. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our treatments in the spa were very relaxing, we had a pleasant walk through the gardens to get to the spa. We had dinner in the Brasserie, it was tasty and well presented, just right. Overall we loved it and love to would return any time.

We stayed at the Mallory Court Hotel yeaterday for our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. The hotel and grounds are stunning. The rooms are luxurious and beautifully decorated with lots of extra touches like fresh fruit and flapjacks with the tea and coffee. There is also a fridge in the rooms which is perfect on warm days. The food was lovely, we ate in the brasserie and they bought us a lovely plate of handmade chocolates with happy anniversary on it. Breakfast was also to a very high standard. I cannot rate our experience highly enough. From the wonderful staff to the beautiful rooms and excellent food (they also dealt very well with both a food allergy and vegetarian request). Then the icing on the cake is the spa. It is a blissfull retreat where you can swim, relax, take a sauna/steam room or have treatments. All together a wonderful anniversary stay. We will be going back very soon.

Had lunch in the Brasserie for a family celebration. The food was lovely and as it was a sunny day they set the tables for us in the garden instead. Service was spot on, friendly but relaxed and overall extremely good value

Lovely place. Service at meals was a miss along with a very downmarket menu. Rooms were wonderful. Flower garden was very nice but needed a bit of maintenance to bring up to quality of other areas.

Amazing hotel, very stylish and comfortable. All the staff, from the concierge to the desk staff, restaurant staff and maid service were all superb, couldn't do enough to help us. They take dog friendly to another level, we felt so well looked after. The food was to die for, honestly the best meals we've ever had. Cannot fault this place in any way, will definitely go again when there's no storm Dennis!!!

A very nice place to be!

A very nice place to be!
We have done quite a lot of Relais & Chateaux since couple of years and this one is a very nice place, with a very dedicated staff.
Comfortable and spacious rooms, SPA with swimming pool and all you need to chill out and relax away from the modern life stress.
As the weather was with us, we enjoyed as well the walk in the gardens, discovering a wide range of fruits and vegetables.
We didn't tried the gastronomic restaurant as we were only staying for the night between the PCGB Annual Awards dinner and the Concours d'Elegance.
So, that will be for next time!

The one time I visited the staff were pompous and supercilious about everything. When we came to them with a problem they were derisory and dismissive towards our complaint. The spa was wonderful as was the hotel exterior aesthetic. I may give it another try one day to see if it is the same way in customer service. The service at the spa was exemplary though.

Early on Friday morning, 05/07/2019 i received a phone call from a hotel north of Warwick advising me that our 50th wedding anniversary dinner was cancelled. This was due to the hotel having been totally booked by a group. I had booked this dinner for family & friends on 15/05/2019! I was offered the chance to re-book for a different date but declined, and confirmed that i would not be setting foot in the hotel again. My wife and I had celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel as well as attending other dinner functions there.

After contacting Mallory Court Hotel on the 05/07/2019, and explained our predicament, the hotel very kindly booked our party in for our celebration dinner that evening.

On our arrival we were met by Marek Grzyb, the Assistant general Manager, and taken to the terrace at the rear of the hotel, where we were provided with complementary champagne and other treats. Our celebration dinner was a gourmet delight. All our party were very impressed with the dinner and the effort all the staff made to ensure the evening was a success.

In future any celebrations and dining out will take place at Mallory Court Hotel.

A comfortable hotel with friendly attentive staff. An interesting building with nice gardens. It was a shock to find that it is only just over 100 years old though as the architecture looks Tudor on first impressions.

Visited the Mallory Court Hotel for a wedding in August. The whole experience was very professional and well run. The venue is air conditioned which may seem insignificant but really does matter when you're in a 3 piece suit in August! More

Absolutely exceptional. 1st class service and attention from the minute we walked through the door - or more accurately, the minute the door was opened for us.
Danny, Lauren and team (sorry we didn't get all your names) were just the right balance of polite, friendly, efficient and courteous and made it seem like nothing was a problem even though I know we put them on the spot a couple of times for areas we could take the dog.
The meals were excellent - it's unusual to get things like freshly squeezed grapefruit juice at breakfast, but they had it.

We like to keep trying different places but this place is definitely on our list of return destinations.
Highly recommended.
