Very disappointed with regards to the service I ex...

Very disappointed with regards to the service I experienced this morning. One would think that the staff would be keen to help on a Monday morning but the staff gathered and were busy discussing their weekend instead of helping customers. I need to purchase 2 Refrigerators and then had to call the manager who was not very helpful. Eventually a gentleman from the Tivo department came to my rescue and helped me.

This branch is bad, when you want to complain about something all the managers and supervisors are in a meeting at 4:20 PM apparently, went to purchase a special from Hot beverages section 3 guys working there tells me the canderel is on special 3 for R100 then you get to the cashiers and they give you a different story they wasted half an hour of my time, the cashier tells me am wasting my time standing at the till, not one supervisor came and spoke to me .

Shocking service. Took 3 months to repair a washin...

Shocking service. Took 3 months to repair a washing machine. When it was finally repaired they expected my wife to load it onto her bakkie alone. Apparently it's the security guards job. Watch our for specials because there is bound to be a catch. Very poor management and customer service.

I've never experienced worse service at a big stor...

I've never experienced worse service at a big store like this. We bought a stove on the 7th/11/20. While making the purchase, we told the salesman that we wouldn't be able to take the stove on the same day and that I'd pick up on another day. The salesman said it's okay and that the "office" dept would give me a day to collect. At the office they said that if I don't collect by a certain date, I'll get a refund because they can't keep my stock in store for too long. The sales people only care about the sale.
I went to pick up on the 9th. I'm not from Durban and I had a few things to do other than collect. When I got to Makro, no one knows where my original invoice is (which they keep) .. finally, they found the invoice and still made me wait for them to bring it to me. I got late and wasted a trip to Durban. I could have done everything else I needed to in the time that they made me wait.. but I asked the guy there how long they'd be and he said 10 min. And I was there for over 30. Again, finally after getting my stuff ready, the same salesman that assisted us on the 7th, comes towards me with the trolley carrying my stove... he literally pushed the trolley to the door and said sir this is where my duties end. They gave me the trolley at the door to load a R12 000 stove myself. I was amazed at how pathetic customer service could get

I went to Makro springfield yesterday to buy a fri...

I went to Makro springfield yesterday to buy a fridge, they kept me waiting for morethan 30 minutes.. all the people I requsted to help me me told me that they are not responsible for the fridge section, i ended up leaving the shop withouth buying the fridge because the was no one to assist me.
