Very happy with my shopping experience but feel strongly that Makro should reward their good customers not on how much they spend but for the number of visits they make...why force your customers to have a Makro card if the card has no benefit for the CUSTOMER?...And then...PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE WIESENHOFF HOTDOG STALL...the food is great...but that poor employee works under TERRIBLY HOT conditions and he ALWAYS is understocked and give him water too as a stock item

It would be good if they could sync their website with their physical stock-holding. I was looking for a particular item (lawn mower) and the website for the branch (Vaal) shows it as "in-stock". So I drive 123km, get there and there is no stock. I asked the floor attendant when they last had stock, only to be told that they were already out of stock before Christmas....

Giant place with prices that you'll find difficult to beat. You can buy everything except pets in this place (which is good, because NO retail store should sell pets... it's always so freaking depressing seeing 10 puppies squished into a single cage. If you want to see that you can literally just go across the road to P&PHyper where they do that kind of stuff)

Always leave satisfied, the staff ia willing to help and there is a wide variety of choices

Will never set foot there again. Bought a washing maching, the sales guy laughed in my face when I asked him if someone could help me take it outside. Apparently thats what the car guards are for. Cashier literally counted money 6 times and still looked confused.

I had a very bad experience, I even left angry without having no one to assist me after waiting for 30 minutes for assistance, sales man finally came after being called but he help costumer who found me there and he left me there after I called him
