Majestic Home Mortgage Review

Amazing customer service. Anytime I call my needs are always met. Chloe is especially pleasant and so patient with all my questions. Majestic made my first home buying experience a breeze.

Came here for a mortgage loan refinance and the service was really great! Everyone was really great! Definitely will be going using Magestic for future needs!

It was horrible. We had to change our settlement date twice. The 3rd time the seller did not renew the contract. Made me miss out on the house. They drag their feet and the process went on for 4 months. Then they close my file and did not notify me. The worst ever! Please do not use this company!!!

Once again I have been called for a refinance of my mortgage. I don't want to be called, that is why I am on the FEDERAL do not call list. So what happens, I get a cold call today from Majestic wanting me to refinance. They called back 3 times because their phone system was so bad. Now, since I am on the do not call list and they are not supposed to call me, I don't mind taking their time with answering their questions and going to a loan officer. Why, because if they are "working with me", then they can't call others and they don't make money. It is the only way they get the message. They don't care if you are on the do not call list, they call anyway. And guess what, they are calling from California but are spoofing local numbers here so it looks like someone local is calling. Majestic, keep calling and I will keep wasting your time, just like Mr. Cooper refi.
I can't give zero stars, the computer won't let me. But anyone that wastes my time gets zero stars and I waste their time. By the way, the report the FTC for violating do not call has already been made.

I did my refinance a few months back with majestic home loan. The process quicker than expected. Good customer service.

Horrible Company, and even worse communication skills. Everyrhing they tell you is wrong and always someone elses fault. Had a settlement date 8 times and every time something happened to cause a new date. Almost impossible to get a straight answer from anyone working for this company. Not to mention once they finally figure it all out and get you in your home weeks or months later they will sell your loan to another lender. I wish i woukd of used the lender that purchased my loan because atleast when i call them they answer the phone. This company is bad news. Please foryour own sake find another company to use you will be glad you did.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with sema and mindy . They worked very hard on our loan to help us out ! This team is dedicated polite and professional in every manner ! I would recommend them to any one looking to purchase or refinance a home !

This company called me three time within three hours last night...after I told them I was not interested, they proceeded to call me twice within two hours today. When I informed "gentleman" on the phone to remove me from the list and to stop calling, he screamed over me arguing and hung up! Rude...even if I was interested in their service, I wouldn't use them!

I've closed all my deals with Antoine Rhodes. Also, best possible rate you can find in this industry. If you need a right AE, ask for Antoine Rhodes. I'm pretty sure he'll help you close your deal. My deal closing rate with Majestic Home Loan is 100%.

Devastating experience with little to no professionalism from the Chief Credit Officer Keith Inger down to Sean Khan a Sr. Banker with Majestic. My personal information was shared with a marketer by Sean & when I made a complaint to Keith he said he was doing an investigation but never called with an update for almost 2 weeks. No voicemail or email to advise me he needed more time, where was the courtesy for your consumer. I contacted him more than twice & when we finally spoke no real update. Completely devastated!!

BEWARE. DO NOT USE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. USED CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR PERSONAL USE. CHARGED OVER $2,500. TOLD 6+ TIMES THAT WE ARE SETTLING ON A DATE AND HAVE TAKEN OFF WORK AND NEVER SETTLED YET. NO RETURN CALLS EVER. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

They called and hang up on me. I kindly return the call and asked nicely to remove my phone number out of their list. The guy hung up on me. This kind of rudeness... how can anyone trust them with home loan, refi or such. There are more reliable companies out there. I wouldn't trust these guys with any of your private information.

One of the slowest company to get you ready with your home loan. If you want to built a good patience they may be good. Slow on papers, don't communicate with any body, don't pick up phone when they know is you (used my friends phone to be able to get in touch), in other words one of the worst company. If you don't believe me try it yourselves and believe me u LL experience what I did. I changed lender and thankfully I closed.

They use deceptive words to deceive you , tell you that you can do it one way ,set a low lending cap then later tell you that you have to use a higher loan cap then tell you that you can't get a higher loan for repairs and updates .

Had a great experience working with Antoine Rhodes as my AE! He is very knowledgeable and works hard to make sure your loan Funds! This Lender also has really good rates will definitely use them again.

REALTORS & SELLERS BEWARE! Do not trust pre-approval letters issued by this lender! We had a truly traumatic experience trying to sell our home to a buyer who used this lender, and it was mostly the lender's fault. We nearly lost our dream home because it was contingent on closing our sale, and thanks to this lender it took 79 DAYS TO CLOSE! To start with their pre-approval letter indicated they approved our buyer based on reviewing his documentation, but when we accepted their offer they asked for a 45 day escrow because they still had to gather and review documentation on the buyer. And in the end he never qualified; they had to make his brother the sole buyer on the loan. Throughout the process the loan officer was unwilling to communicate, combative with our realtor, and gave false or misleading information. They threatened my realtor that they would advise the buyer to find a different house to buy instead of our home. They missed deadline after deadline. Near the end my realtor fully expected the deal was going to collapse, and we spent a couple weeks in misery as we waited helplessly to find out if we were going to lose our contingency on our dream home. Only by the grace of God and the extreme patience of the sellers waiting until the last minute for us to close our sale was the deal finally completed by Majestic Home Loans, a whopping 34 DAYS LATE!!!

Antoine Rhodes is our AE, he is very nice and knowledgeable. Love working with him. He goes out of his way to make sure the whole transaction is as smooth as possible. The closing department is also very helpful and responsive. Overall, we enjoy doing business with Majestic.

Terrible experience, Antoine my AE almost never answer the phone. AEs at this firm don't help you at all when you have a loan conditioned to death. He does not answer the phone, but has no problem of sending emails asking for more business. Stay away from this lender. Their communication is terrible, and after the UW clear a condition, the funder start to ask for the same condition but with different wording, so you end up funding 4 business days later than you were supposed to fund.

I have been extremely happy with the way majestic has turned around its customer service as well as turnaround time. My AE Antonie Rhodes. He always answers my necessary scenario questions when I need them and always returns my calls.. Him and his team have been very cooperative and quick to answer questions and get conditions in and signed off. Plus their rates are great. I definitely would still use them

This Company can't be trusted these guys don't care to share your information to public even third parties it is happen to my case here is how they do it.

When I apply for a loan they make me waiting without timeline I made too many phone calls no respond and sent quiet few emails no reply ignore all.
Then they disclosed my info to third parties who they call that guy was the guy who used to worked for them as a administrate which is the guy who I hire to fix my credit report, something wrong here, I wonder why something to do with my home loan, he is only credit repair and fixing my credit report now he's get involve into my home loan information? these guy Majestic Home Loan sharing my information to public without my permission which is violation of Federal guide line, I had to file complaint with CFPB.
Guys be careful these guys are unprofessional acted and careless your sensitive info actually they said they didn't do it some how they did it behind your back anyways just like my situation but when I found out they did it too late then.
I learn my mistake, so if I was you don't even come close to these guys beware of these guys stay away from them.

I recommended Majestic Home Loans! The staff and process was fast and friendly and they guided me every step of the way til the very end. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. 6 weeks past agreed upon closing date. All because of the lender Jason Kim, the Broker and the buyers agent. The whole experience has been very unprofessional and very bad service! I do not recommend them!
