They helped me 4/5 years ago make a custom desktop and have been using it ever since & still able to play everything on high setting with no issues. I recently wanted to upgrade the graphics cards to keep with the highest settings but that is it (could of easily stuck with a notch down)! I take it there for all/any repairs I have. I recently brought it in, they called with updates on their status, estimates on completion time as well and checks before proceeding with fixes. Great people, Great Service!

Waited three months for a power supply unit and was kept in the dark the entire time, didn't even bother to call me to let me know things were on back order and then they switched distributors. Could have at least offered savings on labor considering the abysmal service. (Edited after your reply) The fact that I waited 3 weeks after it arrived for installation is irrelevant - I occasionally travel for work, I still waited an eternity for it to arrive, was never updated in regards to the status of my order, and I (the client) had to call you (the business) at monthly intervals for updates. This wasn't a headset or a stick of RAM, this was a PSU. At the rates you charge, I expect a modicum of service. When I first ordered it, it was coming with next week's shipment. It never came, then it was the following week. Weeks turned to months with zero word from anyone. You should also probably avoid veiled blame on your client for your own shortcomings.

Very welcoming atmosphere, plenty of games and cards in stock. Looks like a great place to hang out (there is arcade games there so don't forget your quarters). The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 would recommend a visit. :)
This place is excellent. Friendly staff, open space for gaming or personal projects, and the owner doesn't mind if you want to just drop in and hang out. Good prices.
