Great modern looking hotel. Beautiful halls and beautiful rooms and corridors. For events there is an old small church for presentations and the like. I give one star less because the draft beer is "Jupiler" and that does not match the quality of the whole.

Recently had an overnight stay at the Hotel Nassau. Before the building was converted into what it is today, it functioned for many years as a student house and before that as the famous nunnery. As a former student tenant very nice to see how everything has been renovated and adapted.

In short, the architect has been very beautiful and stylish in his design. many original parts have been preserved, whereby the atmosphere has been copied well in the new construction.

The rooms are spacious and bright, well finished, although I personally am not a fan of the placement of the bathroom and toilet. I exchanged these two to create just a little more privacy for those who want to use the toilet.

Staff and welcome by the staff very welcoming and friendly. Good breakfast, where you can look into the old chapel in the breakfast room.

Check-out went smoothly again, personal contact was unfortunately a little less. It sometimes seems Dutch quality, but look at your customers and take your time.

Service is good and you are kindly helped by the staff!

I did notice that some staff members were not fit / ill. It was not noticeable from the customer-friendliness and enthusiasm, but it was noticeable by the appearance and tired faces.

The same people were there again the next day to do their very best and also helped me nicely and friendly and said goodbye! So I do have my doubts about the care for the staff ....

Very good food. Taste explosions and special compositions of products that tasted surprisingly tasty. We opted for the 7-course dinner. Very special and very tasty. Staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. All in all wonderfully relaxed and eaten at a special level. Highly recommended for anyone who loves special dishes and challenges.

Perfect hotel for a short trip.
Directly at the main train station and only a short walk to the city center.
Breakfast a bit expensive.
Parking spaces can be booked for 18 / night.
Room very clean and modern. Price performance ratio fits!

Very nice hotel, friendly employees. Rooms are very nicely decorated all in the same style. It used to be a monastery you still see a lot of old elements. Breakfast buffet is nice the breakfast room however needs some decoration or so. The on site restaurant is superb!

Nice hotel. Centrally situated. Has a strong past, but has a very modern design, based on an original theme. Great bar. Perfect reception. Very nice, spacious rooms with every comfort. Parking on the hotel's parking lot. Recommended.

Nice hotel in a converted monastery in the center of Breda. The hotel is part of the Marriott hotel chain. The style of the monastery is reflected throughout the interior. On arrival we were warmly welcomed. Neat spacious room (001). Everything is pretty quiet. Full breakfast buffet. Smooth and nice service. From the station about 15 minutes walk (nice park). Definitely worth repeating for us

I stay at the Nassau often on business trips and it's always a consistently great experience. The staff are very friendly and the service in general is great. The hotel itself has a lot of character as it is in an old nunnery and the fact they play to this with the "sinner / saint" theme is quite fun. The restaurant is delicious and the room service is great, although on the pricey side you are getting quality. Right in the centre of Breda and just 2 mins walk from the main square means there is never a shortage of somewhere to go in the evenings. The gym is good and is usually very quiet, although while there are plenty of cardio machines it is otherwise a little bare bones. Overall the Nassau is a great place to stay and would certainly recommend it.

Beautiful rooms; beautifully renovated monastery. Nicest hotel in breda!

Hotel Nassau Breda is a unique hotel experience on historic Catholic soil, where people used to live soberly. This is a wonderful contrast to our luxurious services and facilities, because we believe that no guest is insensitive to the innocent and guilty pleasures of life. For those who want to get the most out of life, sleeping is a sin. Hotel guests do not come to Hotel Nassau Breda to sleep, but to experience dreams. Heavenly rooms, a beautiful ambience, sinful parties, angelic service and a culinary sanctuary appropriately named "Liefegesticht". Hotel Nassau Breda is originally an extensive complex of various national monuments in one of the oldest streets in Breda. Discover the history of this special location. Hotel Nassau Breda constantly tempts its guests to enjoy the best that the afterlife has to offer. You can even confess everything at the hotel, but only if you want to. Your sins are safe with us.

Very nice hotel in a former convent. Everything is done to recall its history: modern paintings representing nuns (everyone will judge), some vaulted doors, windows with stained glass, breakfast in the old church. Some rooms are located under the roof with magnificent exposed beams. All the rooms are not the same size, on the first visit I had a gigantic room, not my 2nd time. Despite the historic aspect, the rooms are modern, the bed very large and very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Quiet area 2 minutes from the center. No parking, you have to go to a public and paid parking 5 min. A bit expensive for the city. Very welcome and good service. I adore.
