Rarely treated so badly by owner. The gentleman does not know the difference between the fillet and the midriff muscle, does not comply with the price agreement made by his own staff and subsequently indicates that he does not feel like discussing this with a customer. Shame about the rest of the staff, who were all friendly and knowledgeable. The second and last time I've been there.

Today bought a number of things here.

Today bought a number of things here.
At home, 1 article did not appear to be in the bag.
My husband drove back to get the 4 stuffed peppers.
The man behind the counter said that he had forgotten to take the peppers, but had not caught on.
My husband had no money, but despite the fact that the man behind the desk admitted his mistake, he did not get 4 peppers.

Too bland, you do not deal with (regular) customers. To give and pay the next time would have been nicer.

This was the last time for us.

For our 12 years together, a tapas bbq and tapas dish were ordered and immediately paid online. (5 days before delivery) so that we could celebrate this with our own family. Unfortunately, this was not to be the case.

On the day of delivery our order could be delivered between 9 am and 5 pm in itself nothing wrong with it, but you still have more to do and then a message with an indication of delivery is fine! In the end at half past five we just called to be sure (the supermarkets were still open and we can still do something) Immediately upon contact it turned out that something was already wrong. In the case it seemed very busy on the phone and someone else had to get on the phone. According to the owner, we could never have ordered because she indicated that they could not actually deliver during covid. This in itself is fine and understandable but that was not stated anywhere on the site (bbqtyd.nl / maisonmoes.nl) when I indicated that I had already placed the order and paid a few days earlier, it remained silent. If something is not possible, you ensure that this is communicated as quickly as possible, but that was not the case either.
After a weak apology and the promise to solve this neatly at another time, we finally ate fries.
After several days I had contacted by email with the request for the account number for refund. Also indicated by email that this was not a neat solution. No response back. Finally called a week later to ask why it went wrong again. The same owner indicated that she had not received an email from us and therefore did not know after which she had to transfer the money to. If you still want to solve this so neatly, make sure that it does not stay put or just call us.

In short, totally not reliable and even now after a few weak excuses 2 weeks later (18-5-2020) it is still not stated on the website that ordering is not possible due to Covid 19 and you can still order

Just be honest and say you forgot the order! and don't keep promises you don't keep!
