Russ was my sales rep and I must give him an A++ rating. He was extremely professional. It was amazing that he took the time to install my system and even trained my staff!!! Unbelievable!! I deal with multiple companies on a daily basis and he is the absolute best. Top notch customer service!!

Mathew Murphy (Senior Account Executive) came to my shop and I wish he never did! He promised me that my rate would go from 2% to 1.8%. It averaged 2%. No change. He also said he would credit me the amount of cancellation from the previous company and told me they don't have a cancellation fee. The credit didn't happen and they have a $350 cancellation fee. I had a customer do an $1030.00 card swipe, the receipt looks like normal and even has the normal place for the customer to sign. It didn't charge his account. Mainstream has no idea what went wrong. Now I'm stuck with trying to go thru the courts to get my money. If your machine breaks down after 5:00 pm eastern time the after hours people are worthless on help.

The vice president has reached out to me and we are in the process of resolving some of the listed problems.

I've been using Mainstream for almost 3 years and can't find a single complaint. We process what I consider to be a healthy amount each month and about a year ago my rep, Chad, came to me to tell me they had a newer program that could almost eliminate my processing fees. Naturally I was a little hesitant but he assured me if my fees weren't almost completely wiped out I could go back to my original processing. Well sure enough I went from around $3200 a month in fees to a flat $50. I'm now saving an additional $30k+ a year in fees so yes, I've been very happy and the fact my rep was proactive with turning me on to this program says a lot.

Albert treat his customers as his own Family, like really! What I like about him is that he is always a phone call away when ever in need, unlike other processing companies who put you on hold while you re trying to run a business on peak time. I recommend Albert to anyone who would like a great customer service from a local rep here in Florida (Nationwide as well) and a great company like Mainstream!

I have the best experience with Albert Parrales whenever I need help with something dealing with the credit cars machine gets he has been very professional and supportive since day one. He goes over and beyond in many ways to be of help. This guy has came to the business on his days off to assist us with any issues. He needs a raise lol but very outstanding great guy to know. I have been an account manager for Mainstream for the past few years and one thing my merchants are consistently happy with is our customer service. Between local support or technical support over the phone, Mainstream provides great service in a timely manner.

If I could give this company NO stars I would. 1 Star is saying too much.

crazy unprofessional this company and None Responsive.

It is one lie after another as we are still trying to retrieve money that was collected from our clients in March.
First we had to wait 180 days then it s waiting again, then it s bank letters needed and signed.
We don t speak to mangers only receptionists who are extremely rude and does not have any information.

It s delay after delay on their end. Impossible to believe what they say and their policies don t make any sense.

I have my lawyer involved in this because it s become so absurd.

I ve been in business for over 15 years and never had an issue over merchant accounts like this.

If you don t want your money stolen from you do NOT do service with this company. Thieves and Lier s is the best way to describe this awful company.
