Mathew Murphy (Senior Account Executive) came to my shop and I wish he never did! He promised me that my rate would go from 2% to 1.8%. It averaged 2%. No change. He also said he would credit me the amount of cancellation from the previous company and told me they don't have a cancellation fee. The credit didn't happen and they have a $350 cancellation fee. I had a customer do an $1030.00 card swipe, the receipt looks like normal and even has the normal place for the customer to sign. It didn't charge his account. Mainstream has no idea what went wrong. Now I'm stuck with trying to go thru the courts to get my money. If your machine breaks down after 5:00 pm eastern time the after hours people are worthless on help.

The vice president has reached out to me and we are in the process of resolving some of the listed problems.
