I work there direct support professional they will train go get a job

Been working with this company for approximately two months now. I must admit that I do like the atmosphere. Staffs get along very well!! Not only that but we work as a team to get the job done.

I didnt want to write a negative review of this company but I'm sure I am not the only person that has gone through this and I feel compelled to. I am a former employee of Mains'l and worked there roughly over 2 years. I enjoyed the work and the clients I supported. Which is why I reached out to Mains'l once a family member of mine was in need of supported services. My 1st contact was an email inquiry in November 2017. No return call, email, or any form of communication follow-up occurred from them. I again reached out to them in April 2018. Still no return call or, email or communication of any kind. Mid May 2018 I happen to run into a former co-worker who still happens to be employed there and she informed me they were having a "busy summer" and to be patient and reach out to them again. May 17th, 2018 I again leave a message for this "referral" employee. Again no return call. June 11th, 2018 I call and leave a very direct message on how unprofessional this was on their behalf for not following up. This particular employee called me back June 15th, 2018. She than sent a referral email to to 2 Mains'l employees who never responded or followed up with me. On 6-21-18 after nothing from this referred employee-who also happens to be a manager of some sort- I sent an email just to follow-up. To date still nothing from them and of course at this point I've moved on but it's very disheartening to know there's employees there that really dont uphold the mission of this company as I did when I worked there. Not to mention wasted time and effort. Never again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Didn t receive my tax forms so I emailed them and nobody bothered to tell me that they were blurry until I inquired about it. A complete waste of money. My contact always has an attitude whenever I email her about an issue I have. I never had an issue before this year. I will definitely be switching companies ASAP. I m over this disaster.
