I purchased a MAINGEAR Roma R chair and it was the best investment I have made for my comfort and style. From the packaging, instructions, world class sturdy components and the ease of installation I will be recommending this chair to all of my friends and family. I am usually in front of my computer anywhere from 8-12 hours per day and it helped with my posture and lower back support. During video calls my clients and co-workers always compliment the black and red tone as well. If you are in the market for a gaming chair or just a chair for your office, don't look any further and buy one today!

If you pay 6grand for a gaming computer, it d better be an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately they built mine with a defective motherboard that would freeze. Also the LED light strip broke. I was thankful I bought the Warranty for it.. but then it still costed me $200 just to ship it to them and took over a month to have it returned to me, just to find out they still didn t fix the light strip and didn t take the extra time to redownload essential software back onto it. After all this was over I decided to sell it. Unfortunately that was when it hit me just HOW OVERPRICED THEIR COMPUTERS ARE.. I had to sell for a fraction of what I spent. Despite having my listing up for half a year and being very patient for the RIGHT customer. I recommend MSI computers. They ve been around longer and have maintained a great reputation.

For the last 5 years I've trusted them to build my custom PCs and they've never disappointed!

In 2018 I bought a custom built F131 from MAINGEAR and I couldn't be any happier.

Only recently did I start to have issues with the pumps for the water cooler, but in contacting support, Gerard assisted me and he was absolutely phenomenal. A true professional.

It ended up needing to be dropped off to MAINGEAR, in which I worked with Carson. He was extremely thorough, and very communicative via email and updates via phone call. He had the issues diagnosed and repaired within 3 - 4 business days. Luckily I live ~an hour away, so I had my rig back up and running within 1 week. Even with the current pandemic going on, he had it back to me in no time which is highly appreciated.

The original purchase process was a breeze as-well. I purchased my rig, but realized after I wanted some upgrades. They charged me the difference, and my PC was exactly as expected.

This is a top notch company who will continuously receive my business.

I have a 7 year old Maingear computer and tech support at Maingear never questioned the warranty when I called for help replacing an HDD and reinstalling my OS following a crash. Can't beat small business service.

Very disappointed with Maingear. After spending $6k+ on a Workstation it continuously had problems and Maingear was unable to resolve the problems. USB ports stopped working, random reboots, motherboard failures, etc. Became completely unusable.

Nothing about them is premium (except the price) - strongly recommend that you visit them to see what an amateur shop it is.

Avoid them like the plague.

I've bought 2 computers from MAINGEAR, and am planning my 3rd. One of the best boutique builders in the country, and definitely the best on the east coast. Very helpful/knowledgeable technicians and sales people, generous with their time during the planning process, or even just visiting the shop. A great company.

Can't say enough great things about this company, its team, and its products. They do everything the right way and they stand by it. They are highly responsive and their support is top notch. From the moment I meet with the Team at MAINGEAR computers, i was blown away by how far advanced they were in the industry. They are best known for building beautiful gaming machines, but i approached them with a different need. I was looking for a very powerful Rendering machine to run my software as Apple was no longer able to meet the speed i desperatly needed.. Wallace was able to find "The Bottle Neck" with my current software, computer, operating system combination , and built me a gorgeous, fast, and powerful machine! I was treated like first class from day one-to-pickup. They tested the unit with meas they wanted to ensure everything was to my needs. In all honesty, i was speechless after seeing what this computer could do!! If you looking for the best-of-the-best in customer service, knowledge base, equipment, and style, you have found them. There is no one that can hold a candle to these guys.

The greatest company hands down from staff to the CEO! I was in search of a PC to stream and game since what I had was not cutting it nomore. I shop around for long time and found maingear. The awesome customer service and how they listened what I wanted and needed helped me build the best build I can imagine, For a passion I love. Couple months later I saw they came out with the game chair, and most I say they most comfortable and easy chair to but together no lie less than 10 mins. I have back issue and since had this chair I can sit with no problems for hours and hours and still feel so comfortable. Maingear holds a great service and name and I maingear for a awesome service keep up the great work. Also love my vybe and forma gt chair!

I hate to write negative reviews but...

Recently, I built my first PC using component parts I purchased individually. At first, I was inbetween having Maingear, Dell, or someone local build my PC.

Having finished the rig, I selected the same components on maingear to see how much I had saved in cost. It was phenomenal how I found that the same exact build including monitor was being overcharges by MainGear by a whopping $1,200.00. Not even Apple does that to it s customers. Dell overcharges by about $500. But you can pay Microcenter $150 to build it for you if you re not confident doing it yourself - which I ve found is the cheapest option.

I took time out of my day to write this because MainGear is completely taking advantage of it s customers over something that isn t propriety as anyone can really build a PC. I don t like when companies take advantage and believe in helping others with their decisions. Hopefully this helps!

My daughter works there a great place to buy a gaming computer

They contacted me apologizing and admitting that i should have gotten a soft inquiry when i got a hard inquiry that cost me 12 points. they called and told me they were looking into it. then they disappeared. i reached out again to follow up - nothing. so - back up with the bad review.

If you are a PC gamer, and live in NJ, no brainier get your PC here with lifetime free labor service. Outside NJ still a fantastic option. Great customer service.

Picked up my Custom PC from MAINGEAR a week ago. Unpacked it from the box and was completely blown away. MAINGEAR used the In Win 909 case and completely ROCKED the build. The PC looks ELEGANT and AWESOME with the RGB Lighting. MAINGEAR was VERY PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS with any and all questions I might have had. They NEVER once tried to pressure a sale. I usually build out my own computers but never really had the time to work with liquid cooling. MAINGEAR did an FANTASTIC job at applying liquid cooling to my new PC. If you're in the market for a Custom PC that's a work of art, go to MAINGEAR. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. MAINGEAR ROCKS!!
