In 2018 I bought a custom built F131 from MAINGEAR and I couldn't be any happier.

Only recently did I start to have issues with the pumps for the water cooler, but in contacting support, Gerard assisted me and he was absolutely phenomenal. A true professional.

It ended up needing to be dropped off to MAINGEAR, in which I worked with Carson. He was extremely thorough, and very communicative via email and updates via phone call. He had the issues diagnosed and repaired within 3 - 4 business days. Luckily I live ~an hour away, so I had my rig back up and running within 1 week. Even with the current pandemic going on, he had it back to me in no time which is highly appreciated.

The original purchase process was a breeze as-well. I purchased my rig, but realized after I wanted some upgrades. They charged me the difference, and my PC was exactly as expected.
