Stear Clear of MainGate. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of care for customers is noticeable. Very dismissive of me and my claim and not willing to work with you. Terrible organization, needs extensive lessons in customer service! Waste of money to do business with them.
They send me a yellow ribbon in an envelop. I did not order this or even know this company, they do it so they can show a sales and leave reviews on there E store

Abysmal service.
Paid for overnight shipping, yet FedEx did not even receive the item from MainGate for over 30 hours after purchase... Then the item was not delivered to me until more than 4 days after purchase. I requested a refund for my shipping expenses and it took over 1 week for customer service to respond to my request, but the request was denied because the fine print says they don't have to place it in the mail same day as purchase and weekends don't count per FedEx. Basically they charge you for services which they don't actually provide. NO REFUNDS. Order everything you can from another source.
Purchase and item on Thursday and paid 23 dollars for next day shipping cause I needed this item for Saturday and it wont be here til Monday. Really?!? 23 dollars for shipping and that's the service I get. Never again!
