Im giving 4 stars only bc of the waiting time outside of the gate. Had 4am app arrived 2:40am got in line behind at least 50 trucks, checked in with guard at 4:22am, unloaded at 6:20am, paid $82 for half trailer ( maybe 12 pallets) lumper and was out of the gate by 7am CHECK PICS FOR MORE INFO

This is the worst company I have ever work with. My driver was charged for broken pallets witch wasn't even broken absolutely. Also they charged for late delivery when my driver was on time. They are very bad people!

NO MORE OVER NIGHT PARKING!!!! Can only arrive 1 hour before appointment time. Was just informed of this when I came to deliver on 6/27/18

Why do they give you an appointment when they aren't able to receive you at the appointed time? I have been waiting for an hour and still no door. Why do they overbook appointments. There are a lot of truck's still checking in. Poor effing management!!!! I was hoping to get back to the house for the weekend but that is not going to happen after setting around here waiting on these incompetent DA's.

I only gave a 3 star. Because it wasn't my fault dispatch gave me the wrong trailer for the route I had. It clearly said on there what trailer # with the stops I had. Opened it up in Cheektowaga, Ny. Supposed to be delivering on Buffalo side to Ballsport Spa last stop.Wrong product for customer there. The load was for Conklin,Warners,Syracuse, & Hudson..Causing me to be late. Im never late!!! They took me in at 1500. Which they didn't have to. Here's the clincher! $300 late fee which company is going to pay for & $ 425 for lumper, company pays for. They just wanted the load here. Both Receiver & Company. Good News if your early, they have overnight parking across from entrance on right. No toilet. Go before going in. #2. No food in area. Get B4 going in. Or use their address for delivery. Just tell them your across of entrance where trucks are parked. Leave them UR number. Opens for receiving at 0300. Backing in doors kinda crampy. Their trucks parked across from them at an angle. Prepare for HUGE lumper. Don't be late if owner/op

Night parking available outside the gate. If you have early appt 3 to 6 am get in line outside the gate. Security guard will wake you up around 3 am. Lumper fee payable. If your appointment is later park in the empty lot along the road. Overall good experience.

The worst hell u can experience... Friday 7AM, the check in line is 1 mile long (30-50 trucks).
Extremely slow (1 truck takes 15-20min to check in).

Once they give u dock, get ready to wait 8-16hrs.
I ve never seen something like this before.

Appointment only no parking no respect for truck drivers and unprofessional people! You can come only 1 hour early to check in!

Get there 1 hour early I usually have a 3 am delivery so I line up at 2 am gate usually opens around 3:15-3:30. some park on shoulder I park at warehouse down the street across the road from Maines. Unloading generally takes me 2 -3 hours lumper fee is reasonable for the area you are in.

Zero respect for truck driver the ppl is aggressive

Seems like a nice place. For the meat side at least. Plenty of room to back in and spaced docks to be able to open or close doors while in the dock. I delivered 11,500 lbs of beef this morning and lumper was only $75.00. Maybe the higher fees are for the dry side. Only problem is the check in process. Waited in the snake of trucks line for 45 minutes to find out I was supposed to be at the other building for beef. Very nice people and seemed very well run. I'd gladly come back to deliver.

Horrible, waited in line for 4 1/2 hours to get to the gate only to be told,come,back tomorrow. Absolutley the worst

They suck. My driver waited 8 hours to get unloaded. Worst place u wanna send anyone in to get unloaded. Never send anyone there please! Safe urself some time.

Apt 0:900 Arrived 08:05 Waited in truck line till 0:815 Guards took my number so they could call when door avail meanwhile waited beside fuel pumps till 10:30 backed into Bay, which was challenging but doable. Checked in and was unloaded and outta there @ 13:15. Guards and check in lady we're nice and she takes your number and calls you when your paper work is ready with lumper total. Mine was $49 with 849 cs 18 plts. When I was waiting to give the check a guy had a fee of $80 and one lady had a fee for $625! It varies! Not the worst but it can be a cluster fo sho. Parking available with a porta potty.

If you have 3am appt, park in the right lane of the driveway. For 4am appt, drive down Darden Way, turn around at end, and form a line on the right shoulder. Any appts after that, park in dirt lot.

Got here at 9.00 pm my appointment time 4.00 am they threw me out of that bog parking lot for no reason, i stood 2 roadway shoulder also was kocked so rude so inprofessional, we are also people like you, if you receiving goods from trucker make sure you creat a good parking lot for them too. Holy crap get a new Lumper service these people are thieves!

5 hr before I get door, 2 hr in line before security, 3 hr waiting call

Quite a scam they have going, they claim "broken pallets" and charge an enormous amount to "re-stack" and for the pallets as well. For the 12 broken pallets (never saw them) and the re-stack they charged $435.00.... I will never bring another load to this place again. Complete rip off.

I gave 4 stars just because they don t let you park in the dirt and wait there before your appointment, and they guys at the guard shack were not very polite beside this one girl, she was polite and pretty. Other than that they were very quick unloading me, my appointment was at 7am arrived there at 6am and I was out before 8am o clock.

Prefer drop n hook here live unload took 5 + hours then had to report 37 cases short

No parking on dirt lot across the street anymore. Check in is only allowed by appointment. Gate security needs to put up a sign so drivers know which lane to enter from, which is the right lane. Check in is by dock 101.

$200 for lumper +$300 to reschedule appointment. Crowded yard, hard to backup.

I feel sorry for all those who waited to long on delivery but my experience is totally different. Checked in at 06:15am for 0700 am appointment got dock right away and was done at 0749am.Delivered 24 pallets of Ice cream and lumper rate was reasonable $110.00.

This is a zoo . Very rude personal at the check in quad shack , told me to get the hell out stupid as mather###er because I came like 25 min early ....the whole street is packet. I have no idea how they manage this place . Probably monkeys own this place and their babies work for them

Worst place to ever deliver to.. 3 am appt and still not allowed to check in.. need to do drug test on these guys at the gate. Especially the young kid. He was smoking something and it wasnt a cigarette.

Unloading was fast,you can check in one hour before appointment time.There's no parking outside the gate.i park at the rest area on I 81 as you enter Ny 3.4 miles from facility. Personal was friendly. Lumper fee a little HIGH.

3 hours ain t bad for unloading. If you re not expert in parking do not come here.

Been twice here for delivery in the last month and both times I had good experience and been unloaded within 2 hours.
No overnight parking, arrive 1h before your appointment.

There are a few notoriously bad receivers like :Sigma,C&S, Mclane foodservice,Sysco....And yes, dont be fooled this is one of them too.Morning appts take forever to get in (line as long as 10 trucks) ..even on the street.Approximately 45 mins.
When you get inside however..the fun only gets bigger.SLOW. SLOWER -MAINES STYLE.They put you to wait, and when you get a door it taked 7 hrs to get uloaded.They charged me 375 $$.Be smarter if you alre
dy been here by never coming back again.

Security is not happy with their job one can tell for a starter.

This place is now on my black list for delivery. 3 am apt. Didnt start letting people thru till 4. 2 hours later I get to gate then told to go back down the hill and wait waited till 9am for a door. Its 3 am now and still waiting to get done. Cant wait to see what the lumper charge is going to be but my broker gonna hate me for this detention pay. This place sux. Avoid if u can.. 325 for lumbers. 650 for detention. And loss of next load. Screw u people

They are thiefts and bully s. They will work you 20 plus hours a day and as soon as you get back make you go on another trip. They won t pay you for trips or they will send you on trips that are not scheduled then won t change it in the computer then you only make a third of what you earned. As soon as you say something they fire you for negligence

Checked in 06:00 my appt was 06:00 they gave a door 06:45 my paper was ready 07:49

Bad company, taking forever to unload and they charge way to much for lumber..

An hour before the appt was given the door, unloaded quickly but you have to go and ask for lamper

Don't come here unless you like lumper fees, long lines, and have several hours to just give away.

Everyone is very polite and professional... with the exception of the person that laid out the docks! Tight is not the word... more like mismanaged with 53 trailers blocking your turning radius. EVERYONE HAS PROBLEMS HERE!

I wish I could give a ZERO. This happened 2 times in a weeks period. driver had a 4 am appointment. got in line at 3 am. passed the guard check at 3:20 am. got a door at 4:13 am. 6 hours later I call to see what is the holdup and they tell me we are late and are a workin. BS. they do that not to pay detention. Security doesnt put check in time anywhere and you are late. DO NOT DELIVER. EXTREMELY SLOW. MAKE GAURD MARK THE TIMES...

5:15 hours to get unloaded. But thay have overnight parking cross the street

The only problem I had was the guy at the guard shack he was very rude everyone else was nice.

Worst lumpers in US want 745 dollars for breaking pallets. Never seen or heard of this in my life.

Word of advice: (this was for a Tuesday 4am appointment) If your appointment is for 3am or even 4, be awake & staged in line on the drive to the guard shack at 1:00am. Otherwise you will sit in a long line of a couple dozen trucks and likely be "late". If you stage early, you will not get any sleep after you are in line, until after you check in & dock, so get here early & get your sleep then. There is a dirt lot across the street for overnight parking, with a dumpster & porta-toilet. This place does need to review the check in process & I've just sent them an email about that concern.

My 1st trip here was fine. No issues except they must've unloaded my trailer while i was waiting to check my paperwork in. Got back to the truck & red light was on. Never felt any movement in the back while i waited. Finally another driver told me they were done. No call from the office. They won't give you a price for lumper until you go to get paperwork again. A call for the lumper fee ahead of getting the paperwork would be nice instead of having to wait in the office for dispatch to make the funds available.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you have $$!

No parking here. I did see some trucks lined up on broome (major street around the corner) tho. Security guard in dirt lot checks bols then let s you get in line. Make sure you arrive an hour early for long lines. I ve gotten in line 2 hours before my 4am appointment. Go right to sleep in line. They give all trucks a courtesy door knock when the gate opens at 3:30 am. You remain in drivers seat thruout gate check in process. Use far right lane.

One star because the people are nice. Best of luck at this place..still not as bad as the one near Cleveland though.

Stay away they still owe me 2 grand. When I asked for it they told me I wasn t getting paid and tried to fire me. I put in my 2 weeks and received a call I was being terminated. STAY AWAY

It takes longer to check in and check out than to get unloaded. Dont bother showing up early cause they go turn you around. They dont start letting trucks in until after 3am. I got in line at 245am for a 3 am appointment. I didnt get to the guard shack until 335am. While I was waiting to get to the window I heard some outrageous lumper prices from the lady at the window. Some of the loads was costing 300 or better to breakdown. I had 8 pallets and was charged $110. Only upside is they have overnight parking in the dirt lot at the bottom of the hill.

This is the worst set up place I ve ever delivered to. Do not take a load here. They give everybody the same appointment time so everybody crams in to the parking area and then all up the road. They don t er people in on time and it takes forever to get unloaded. It s the perfect storm of crappy delivery place

You have to show up for your appointment time, but these guys do not care about you, once you are on the dock. 8 hours to get unloaded. Will never come back.

Had a 3 am appointment checked in at 3 am only to get turned around.

I had appointment at 5. I was backed in a dock by 5:10 and got out by 11:30. It took them more than 6 hours to unload 16 palets and they charged me $275 for lumpers on top of that. Avoid this company if you can it's a joke you willl lose your hours and on top of that you will have to pay a lot of money to get unloaded....

Fast unloading,NO overnight parking, i park in corporate drive u will see few trucks.

Not sure why they don't have more stars?. Got here 0630 for 0700 appointment. Sign at drive says you can show up a hour before your appointment. Guard super friendly. Backing into dock can be tight in some of them, this is where set up is important. Office staff very friendly. Be sure to go into middle door.

What a shitshow and I m not even in the gate yet... 1/2mi long queue to get in...

Edit - 5 hours later, I m told which door. Get inside and there s a truck in it.

Edit - 3 hours after getting on the door, no unloading has started.

2 hours and a half waiting in the line just to enter the company. Then 3 hours to got me unloaded. Super slow especially in the office
