i got covid19 at this place 3 weeks ago. Thank goodness i am ok now. Never going back there ever again

It's a pleasant neighborhood mail station. I always feel welcome when I do business there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner is never too busy to help and or answer questions.

I have been with Maillink for 10+ years as a customer. This is an exemplary business that is run professionally. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. With the combination of service and price it cannot be beat. I highly recommend them.

Eric the owner is very kind and respectable. He will make sure you get what you need if you are a customer and that is an amazing trait to have as a small business owner.

After one year with them, this is my honest assessment: everything is always fast and accurate. I've never had them lose a piece of mail. I've also had no problem with others accepting this as a primary/home address, such as banks, businesses or even gov agencies. The shop and website are no frills but in exchange you get a reliable, high-quality service for a great price. I'll stay a customer for many years, I'm sure.

Been using this service for more than 4 years now. VERY happy with responsiveness of owner and staff. Affordable. Probably the only mail forwarding service where you can actually call and speak to a human being. One less thing I have to worry about.

As an american expat, this service is invaluable to me being able to manage my basic affairs back in Vegas. I found this service before I left the country when I was living in Vegas, and maintaining a managed US address has really been a life saver. I only had to go in person one time to fill out the forms and I was good to go. Rates are also pretty fair.

I'm pretty happy with these folks. I've rented a box there for several years (LV PO sucks and is not to be trusted). The people are always nice, they do a great job of managing all that mail, and I like knowing that if I should be away for an extended time, they can get anything important to me.

First of all, it is a nice business, the workers all seem kind. But my review is low because they do not seem to enforce the statewide mandates for covid-19. Do not get me wrong, they have signs and floor markers, but I have NEVER seen anyone use the markers when I get my mail. I have also seen a good amount of costumers run in without a mask to grab their mail, or stay in there awhile for one of their other services without a mask.

The fact that they do not address it, for the safety of their costumers but also their own staff us really upsetting. It is required to be enforced by the governor! But everyone who goes there is at risk because they do not enforce the rules. If you're immune comprised please consider somewhere else.

It is sad to think that the staff could get sick because of this, and I do not know if I want to support a business that wont protect their staff because they could loose a few clients by enforcing the law and I have half a mind to report it since there are cameras all over their building, it is bound to catch a lot of people without a mask.

Ill be keeping this review up until I see change, something like a notice that service WILL be refused if you don't wear a mask and them actually enforcing it. Because this is not okay. No workers should have to risk dying so a business can make a few extra bucks.
