I had an unfavorable experience with this environmental service provider. The communication was lacking, which made the process frustrating. I expected more proactive updates and clarity regarding the services provided. Additionally, the response times were slower than anticipated, leaving me feeling overlooked. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I would seek alternatives in the future.

Had nothing but issues with my last vendor for our retail tenant grease tank. Mahoney came in and placed a brand new tank and new quick connect system that makes life cleaner & easier for both us and the customers. Wish I would have done this years ago. Chicago Union Station
We recently moved our restaurant to a new location. We added 2 more deep fryers to our cooking line up. Brian Holtroff was not only instrumental in working GC in coordinating the installation of the tank he took the extra step to train my staff on how to properly filter and safely work with the hot oil .. If there was a possible way to give you zero stars, I would. I can only echo the same thing all these other, FORMER, customers of yours are saying. You are ripping people off. Another thing, GET THIS GREASE BIN OFF MY PROPERTY! Rent is due at the end of the week.
