Knowingly employs the leader of the "honorable sacred knights," a KKK affialate. Employee is Derek Eaglin. Highly suggest avoiding unless you're a fan of the KKK.

This is truly a great place to work. I will not use my real name here, but I have been a 3rd shift employee for 3 months or so. The temps and associates here have a true dedication to quality and on-time order fulfillment. I've worked at many companies in the same sector over the years, and MPP is far and away a cut (or press) above the rest. The general attitude of quality and safety commitment shows through from corporate policy at the top all the way down to entry level associates that clean floors and adjust dies.

If you show up on time every day, work hard, and have a positive attitude, the supervisors and plant management will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. Work hard, smart, and safe, and you may just have a real career. The production numbers arent impossible to meet, though you will have to give a good amount of effort to reach them. The biggest plus of being an associate here are decent benefits and the knowledge that they will not make you work your hands to the bone every day 12 hours a day for 10 years just to have them discard you like a dirty shop towel when your body is broken down and used up from being overworked like the other factories here in town.

I worked at MPP for a week.
They pay 10-something an hour through the temp agency(malone staffing, madison in) for a job that sucks so bad. It's hot, boring, and you feel unmotivated most of the time because what your doing has no purpose that you will ever see or learn about.
Noone higher up than my team lead talked to me and he only did it once to hand me my assignment.
My biggest complaint is that I worked 3rds and my first Sunday I couldn't clock in because my badge wouldn't work yet ( which apparently is the case for many people when they first start working there) so they just didn't pay me for the night I worked. They owe me over 100 dollars and will not respond to the staffing agency when they sent them an email about it.
Do not work at this place unless you want to be used and under appreciated.

Called needed some information and the secretary was a very rude. At no time she asked the reason for the call. It's very sad that such a prestigious company has these type of receptionist. I was calling in regards to the type of casting products they have in order to do business with them but i will go somewhere else maybe they don't like hispanics calling.

Great place to work. Plenty of overtime and in my area anyways are good people to work with.

Pay checks should be handled by HR not block leaders.when you go three weeks in a row being shorted ten and more hours that is not professional.and when your told your short money will be on next week's check, and not only does it not come but your shorted that following week to and told the same ?? And this is a huge company supposed to be professional????? Who do you turn to ?? Better business bureau??

I only worked there for 6 months... but in the time I did, I never had a single negative experience with a coworker. Everyone was patient, friendly, and helpful.
