I never write such bad reviews but this one I have to write to make people more aware about the way thing happens within this organization.

I had very bad experience with Mahendra Tiwari personally on one of my case wherein he has represented myself to submit additional documents in reply to the Income tax notice. I have been told by Mahendra that, each hearing will cost INR 10k however when it came to invoicing, I have been told that each visit to income tax office will cost 10K and I was never been informed on any of their visits except Hearing date. When I tried to ask more details around who has went for the visit to Income tax office and what what the purpose and outcome of that visit then I got straight deny from Mahendra. If there was a need to visit Income tax office for my case then I am the first person to get informed around it which was never happened from their end. I had WhatsApp conversation with Mahendra and team to clarify the things wherein they have used abusive language even after I was polite through out the conversation.

In spite of everything, I have paid 15K in total wherein only one hearing was attended by his team for which they collected the document from my home. I am not someone who will not pay the money for work which has been carried out by someone but things should be clear in invoice and it should match with the agreed agreement between both the parties.

I do not recommend anyone to go with this firm as they are trying to make money out of you without any reason. Be cautious while dealing with such people as things should be kept in black and white to avoid such situations.
